主要其实就是想拿2% cb的那个amex的cc，看了版上的理解是先开一个fidelity
mysmart cash账户，就是一个checking账户，然后申请amex的cc，然后cb会被存到
fidelity mysmart cash账户里，可以用debit card在ATM取钱
不知道理解得对否，请大侠指教哈

Mysmart cash account不是传统的checking, 可以当成brokerage account来用。
reward point每个月底会被Mysmartcash sweep一次，如果达到5000（？)
就转成cash,达不到就退回来。这个sweep可以自己设定要不要。
Mysmartcash和ING一样，可以连接别的银行账户，通过ACH transfer
转钱，不需要用ATM取，当然你可以直接取。 |

具体地说，登录到Fidelity后，比如说可以看到Investment Accounts，这个是你的
core Brokerage account，转账投资从这里进出。你还可以有其他的Retirement
Accounts，比如ROTH IRA，401(k), 403(b)，还有跟mySmart Cash Checking Card相连
的Cash Account，一般是第三方银行提供的服务。
我的情况是，比如core account里面有$5000，Cash Account里面有$500，打电话给
Checking Card后面的客服（一般是第三方银行），他们说看到我的帐户里面有$5500。
如果直接打电话给Fidenlity Investiment，可以看到各个具体帐号的信息，第三方银
行只能看到$5500。昨天三方通话的结果。
更奇怪的是我自己在ATM上看到的Balance是0，但可以取钱。

Where does mySmart Cash stand out?
1. Free ATM anywhere from any bank or even non-Bank ATMs.
2. Free check books.

never bought anything other than MMF in mySmart Cash account, so I don't
have any experience of liquidating bond/stocks. I have another Fidelity
brokerage account for bond/stocks, just to mentally separate investment
account and emergency fund account. For mySmart Cash account (my emergency
fund account), I keep roughly 40K MMF and 2K cash, without worrying the
return.
