大概是2年前吧，在QBQ上看到老版主“强装5.6”说他用国产建卫小口径步枪在200码左
右距离打苹果，直觉觉得不太可能。
于是我就自演了一回mythbuster, 用的是CZ 452 ULTRA LAX, 配国产的4x32枪瞄，用的
最便宜的雷明顿大盒子子弹。结果是200码打一个3英寸直径的变色小靶纸，最后可以做
到10发六七中。
我在QBQ上面有个详细的报告，有兴趣的可以去挖一挖。 |

holding the grip tight. You need the little movement of the bat in the hand
to create extra rotation (in addition to the wrist rotation) before contact

Nobody other than Federer/Laver etc who has iron wrist can use wrist
using heavy racket. It's natural to hold tight. It's a way to prevent
injury.
A lot of wsn can use wrist when using a 10 oz racket. Without using it
your ball is so lack of pace or spin.

-you shouldn't be using wrist to hit the ball anyways, power mainly comes
from legs, hips, and back. you keep wrist loose so you can transfer that
power into the shot. The tighter your grip, the more injury prone you are...

need to have a firm wrist when volley, it's actually just firm enough you
don't break your wrist as in during the contact your wrist doesn't flip back
and let the racket head fall below your wrist high. But on the scale of
loose and tight, it's still close to the loose side.

For 10 year old, it's too big for them. The racket head touches the ground
all the time. Most young kids do use shorter oversize to help them with
power though. |

FM还引用了Discover MythBusters的例子证明Ginger Capsules是比较有效的non-
pharmacy cure。相对的，晕车药(茶苯海明，Dramamine）当然也有效，但是容易让人
