1.反手
Nadal的技术风格，和李娜比较相像：都是正手大力，旋转强（李娜以前仗着右臂天生
大力，平击多，属于mindless ball basher类型，但是为了提高命中率，后来上旋加的
越来越多；结果赢了法网后，只会加上旋；这次温网对lisicki，就是上旋球太多，关
键时刻球速慢打不出winner，要是多打些平击，早拿下了）；反手solid，很稳定，有一
定的穿透力，但是变化少，需要打大角度cross court的时候变线能力差；外加发球算稳
定，但是威胁不是太大。
joker的反手，有典型的转腰（伤病！），外加一个送肩的动作，所以可以突然（靠猛
然转体实现）变线打出角度极大斜线，并且稳定性极强。说来比较有趣，男选手技术样
样比网球女选手强，唯独这个双反打crosscourt，反倒往往动作僵硬，角度小不说，还
缺乏爆发力（这样双反的男选手是绝大多数，包括murray）。究其原因，恐怕是男选手
手臂力量突出，一般只靠双臂打双反，为了保证稳定性，往往加力不够；缺乏转体带双
臂的动作，角度也打不开。

公开赛年代也来，Nadal把上旋的防守性进攻打法用到了极致。
他的mental肯定是 No。1 的
nadal的 法网 第四轮 lost to Soderling
和 这次 第二轮 lost to Rosol
其实都一样。
打法上的相克，就像他可以crush FF 一样。
天下武功，唯快不破！
对于上旋打法 1.身高必须比较高，至少190以上，这样对一般深度的topsin根本不怕。
2.暴力正手，能打出100mph以上。
3.偏向快速场地。
具体的，对于很深的topin 可以较好的回过去。当出现speed 下降和浅的topsin。暴力
正手。偏向压Nadal的反手位。直接winner，or 等待更浅的回去，继续攻击。但是
Nadal不是一般人，很多球都可以救回来or穿越。这就决定了攻击者必须更冒险的攻击
边线和底线。这时候就是靠手感和点点的lucky。这也是知道人估计不少，但是只有1%

以nadal最近两场的表现看（不是比赛结果，是场上表现），根本不象刚刚受过严重的
膝伤嘛。
现在看来，nadal今年真是志在美网，从而拿到career grand slam。
今年初他那么玩儿命的打硬地，就是在做准备了。
为什么退出温网也可以理解了：这样就有两个月时间修整，训练体能，适应硬地。
对nadal来说，这应该是非常重要的两个月。
因为从以往的经验看，连续作战4，5个月的nadal，体力会大大下降，从而严重影响他
的成绩。
从最近的比赛看，这个策略到目前都很成功：
montreal，cincinnati成绩越来越好，美网到现在为止也是越打越好。
前两天我还觉得nadal这次美网自己都没定太高目标呢。
看了最近两场比赛，发现nadal真是大牛：不但打球牛，韬光养晦的本领也牛。
前两个月我还觉得nadal的团队太不会替他安排了。
现在发现，他的团队真是安排周详：
nadal这次要是拿了美网，那就是“伤病初愈”就有如此威力，还能有人不服吗？
即使没能如愿，也给自己留了余地。

何呢？在这里，我做一个粗略的个人分析，不当之处，请多多指正。
（1） 发球
Nadal 在本届美网调整了发球战略，一发时明显增加了平击，减少了上旋，平均球速较
以往大约增加了5-10mph，但进球率和球的落点控制不如以前。其实Nadal以前也能发出
这样的球，只是不愿意降低进球率而弃之不用。Nadal真正有威胁的发球还是二区外角
带切的发球，直击右手选手的反手位，很难防范，这一招从其职业生涯的早期就开始使
用了， 但是Nadal那时还不会发二区内角，对手在站位上比较从容，所以威胁没有现在
大。从2008年温网开始，Nadal就能偶尔在一些关键分上发出一区外角和二区内角ACE（
这也是其能在温网决赛战胜Federer的重要原因），增加了发球的多样性。但奇怪的是
，Nadal很少尝试这类落点刁钻的发球，主要还是为了保证一发进球率。看统计数据，
Nadal的很多比赛一发进球率都在70%以上，这是因为其二发较弱，容易被对手直接攻击

federer被大家认为goat不是因为他对所有的选手都胜多负少， 如果以这个标准，那么

个夏季没有调整。虽然拿下了奥运男单金牌且北美系列赛成绩不错，但到美网已经有点
强弩之末，不过即使这样，美网还是进了前四（这之前他美网最好成绩是八强）。然后
经过冬季休整，转年在澳网的硬地战胜费德勒，拿到冠军。今年的势头不弱于08年，关
键是怎么安排参赛。
Federer现在的任务是需要再尽可能拿下个GS，给自己找回自信，但最好决赛别碰nadal
。现在这种情况，nadal对Federer心理优势太大。nadal在草地，红土，和硬地都有决
赛赢他的经历，且两人胜负比是7-14。

主要表现为前两盘反手打不出来，打线就出界下网，只好往中间打，或者减力打控制。
即便这种程度的反手发挥，在大多数球员的程度来说已经是超强反手，但对于现役反手
第一人的djokovic来说，比前两次大满贯决赛略为逊色。
nadal此役的反手削球线路很有针对性，大多数都削直线回到djokovic反手，状态不佳
的前提下面对削到反手没有pace的球，djokovic也的确很难自己发力继续在直线和对方
对峙，只要回球出现不左不右的中间线，nadal马上侧身正手。。。
djokovic到了现在，的确实力强于nadal，状态不好赢得难些也赢了。还有就是整场比

respectable challenger – 三十年以后大家如果想起这个时代，说起两个人的历史地
位，大概也就是会这样的调子。在某个specific的场地上，这个关系会倒过来，但从大
的方面来看，这个应该不改变二者的地位。
如果有人试图否认Nadal在泥地上的统治, 那是blind. 但如果试图把这种成功作为论据
然后简单推出Nadal在其他场地上也可以同样成功，我同样持保留态度。每年泥地赛季之间以及
泥地赛季之后的温网，是这种声音最大的时候，也是两边的扇子吵得最凶的时候。随着
北美硬地的到来，这种讨论会慢慢平息，等待来年再次复活。

谁有统计关于对于他和F某人检查的频率？
我不是说Nadal有问题，而是说他对这个问题的态度。别的我不知道，Top 4里面只有
Nadal反对现行的反兴奋剂规定和措施。他还加入了一帮子loser的法庭诉讼。现在这一
套规定是国际网联，ATP, WTA都同意实施的。球员们好像还投票同意了。这也是奥林匹
克的规定，所有的运动员都一视同仁。虽然现有的措施对个人隐私不好，但是那也是没
有办法的事，谁叫cheaters手段多端呢？要抓嗑药的，时间是第一因素。时间一过，
there is no smoking gun. 保持一个干净的形象对一个运动来说是非常重要的。要是
整个运动都是干净，公平竞争的话，所有的人，赞助方，球员，ATP, WTA都有得赚。球
迷们也会更投入的。这个运动也会健康发展的。要是网球变成了一个dirty的运动，就
没有人管了。
更有甚者，Gasquet出了问题，Nadal居然说可能是他吻了一个嗑药的女孩。totally
nonsense. 他怎么不说嗑药的男的。Nadal的大男子主义作风可见一斑。 |

这里大概就是我唯一不同意的地方。细看历年来在美网击败Nadal的对手。
04 Roddick，05 Blake，06 Youzhny，07 Ferrer，08 Murray。他们都有
一个共同的特点，他们选择Nadal的正拍做为突破点，而不是反拍。Nadal
在这种弹跳速度较快的Deco Turf II的美网地面上，都出现了一个很奇怪
的现象，即使他在攻球，他的球速无法像其他三大赛跑出来，更吊诡的是
，例如他在勾正拍大斜线的时候，他的球路在落地后居然无法像在其他三
大赛一样继续往外滑，而在原地就此停住。这给与敌人可趁之机，07对
Ferrer的第四轮十六强，Ferrer就是靠者这点用自己的Inside-Out正拍和
反拍斜线专攻Nadal的 |

自从昨天的决赛后，发现nadal那种永不服输，永不放弃的精神真的是太赞了。nadal输
悟空那是没有办法，完全打法被克，这roger自己状态又不好，打球还不认真，自己最
后把自己玩死了。最后竟然还说I had a good summer,我都气死了，你又了good
summer不代表说这美网决赛可以这么打吧，这样对得越，穆雷都太不公平了。人无完人
啊，Roger就是缺少nadal这种每分都认真对待，永不放弃的精神。
还好昨天决赛的对手是悟空不是nadal,不然输了后肯定又要郁闷很久了。自己发球状态

发帖数: 30 | 40 法网前要连续参加四站红土，如果都进决赛的话就要多打好多比赛。千万不要像去年一
样到了法网体力不支，被FEDERER捡了便宜。其实他应该学FF，狡猾一点，挑一两站比
赛，热热身就行了，丢点红土积分没关系，法网才是关键。如果丢了红土积分，排名掉
出前4，法网恰好和FF一个1/4区，那么1/4决赛把FF横扫出局，不但终止了FF连进四强
的记录，还极大地打击了FF的信心，到了温网FF也会一蹶不振，温网也就是NADAL的囊
中之物了。法温在手，NADAL像08年那样重回第一也就是水到渠成的事情。重登王座，
加上FF这个心腹之患被打掉了，其他的什么小德小僵大菠萝，更哪里是NADAL的对手？
夏天NADAL也不需要太拼命，9月一鼓作气拿下美网。金满贯就到手了。红土王加金满贯
，FF也做不到，那么他的GOAT头衔就要移交给NADAL了。哈哈。 |

抛开法网，5进温网决赛，2次美网决赛，2次澳网决赛，已经比休伊特，罗迪克，萨芬
一票世界第一牛逼了。也比90年代的考瑞尔成绩好了。其实自桑普拉斯以来，抛开法网

Nadal's draw is as tough as many "experts" mentioned.
Nadal has...Kukushkin, followed by Gasquet/Monfils, followed by Raonic/
