请问有什么手段能知道其确切的酶活性以及cofactor.

1.看说明都是要放在-20度，可是sigma太俭朴了，直接室温寄过来了，会不会有稳定性
的问题？nadph会被空气氧化吗？
2.看到的文献大多是用它们做体外实验，有人加到细胞培养液当中吗？import 会不会
是问题？
