counselor的管。
会见了genetic counselor， 说如果先不准备做CVS或Amnio， 有两个选择：
１）按以前的老办法， 在１１－１３周做first trimester （用Ultrasound 做NT 和
抽血测hcG 和PPAP－A）， 再在１５－１７周做second trimester quad screening （
抽血测AFP， hcG，Estriol 和Inhibin－A）。然后根据你的年龄组估计出一个risk

service的作用，没有那么吊的，一般来说是你硬他就软，你软他以后会更硬，对你更
tough。
其实我觉得是可以不签字的。在大公司里面，对manager其实是不用怕，如果对方
reasonable，你也reasonable，对方要不reasonable，你也没有必要reasonable。
在微软这样的大公司，要fire掉一个人绝对不是个容易事，除非违反了policy什么的。
搞大了，对manager自身的地位也是个nagative的东西，他也不愿意看到。大公司
gosspy很多，他也不想人人都在背后说他。
说到底－－－我认为其实是可以不签字，至少拖很久，让manager知道你的不满。反正
从好几个月后的角度看，你始终是要离开这个team的，卖力干活估计也没有什么回报的
居多，你不想这后面的几个月变得更tough，连骑驴找马的时间都没有了吧？

左边（北）接Nags Head。由于桥墩地基的沙子被水冲刷严重，大桥当时关闭维修。我
们就在北边钓点钓的，wade到北端的引桥。是一片flats， 这张照片没取到那段引桥.
我的照片OBX-7就是那段引桥。那个老人家让我们一直wade到主桥下，也就是照片的左
边，天黑我们放弃了。
照片中间下部是sound 内侧的sandy bar.
右边（南）的钓点更容易access, 但封桥我们过不去。再往南接pea island national

less painful ones can develop into more nagging injuries. Generally, I would

今年是第二次上山打熊，和去年痛苦不堪比，今年跑的相对轻松很多，虽然最后10
mile胃罢工没有进11小时，可是能总结的经验实在有不少。
比赛早上5点开始，我和LD三点多起来赶往起点，例行的赛前洗脑后就开始出发了。第
一个stage只有4 mile，路比较宽，基本就是给大家热身的。我没背水袋，只拿了一个
手持，没太在意就随大部队跑出去了。一上路就发现情况不对，由于下了一个星期雨，
trail已经变成了小溪，不时看到有人滑到，不到3 mile鞋已经全湿了，我暗暗叫苦，
集中精神把头灯调到最亮，抓了个老爷子跟着，小心脚下慢慢跑。
到了第一个aid station天已经放亮了，我丢下头灯和手持，结果LD准备的水袋跑出去
。跑了几步想到还没和LD说谢谢，就又折回来和LD抱抱，她和我早起等会还要做
volunteer很辛苦啊。trail从这开始变single line，人和人之间的距离开始拉开了。
由于去年出去的太猛，以致30 mile以后全线崩溃，所以今年我打算20 mile之前压着跑
