nanoparticles dispersed in a liquid phase, which possesses physcial
properties, e.g. enhanced thermal conductivity, compare to pure liquid.I don
't know much of this topic, but just heard Gang Chen at MIT has done
soemthing a little bit like this. The seond refers to the fluid that is
comfined in a nanometer-sized channel, and emerges novel properties in terms

某muri的会，某烂校教授刚发了个science，关于nanofluid的惊人性质，做talk的时候
，不知道lieber发了哪根神经，质问你的实验我们验证不了啊先去甚远，全场哗然。某
烂校教授很尴尬的说，你们某某相关的实验我们也验证不了，这就是nano这块，大家都
面对的问题，今后咱们一起努力合作。全场大笑。

授的。这件事情应该是被脑残学生害了。出问题的文章竟然发在自己主编的杂志里。
老实说，她学生抄的是MIT一个组没有正式发表的manuscript，作为老板很难在文字上
找出问题。不过据说连图片都抄了，估计是平时忙着开会弄funding， 实验室撒手不管
了，连学生project的细节都不清楚。
如果经常关心学生的项目断然不会出这种问题。
可怜，都快退休的人，一世英名就这么毁了。 |

加拿大调查确认“千人”李冬青学术剽窃
据加拿大电视新闻网（CTV News）报道，滑铁卢大学经调查，确认该校机械与机电工程
系教授、加拿大国家微纳米流体一级首席教授李冬青存在学术剽窃行为。
去年九月，李冬青被美国麻省理工学院教授Martin Bazant举报抄袭后者论文；随后，
李冬青一篇论文因涉嫌抄袭被《微流体和纳米流体》（Microfluidics and
Nanofluidics）期刊撤销。（科学网相关报道）
滑铁卢大学发布的声明称，李冬青接受调查结果并为此道歉。作为惩罚，从4月1日起，
他将被停薪留职四个月；期间，他将不能使用学校所有资源。
据悉，该校在过去五年还没有对教员的剽窃指控，一位负责人表示“这是一个严厉的惩
罚”。
李冬青1982年本科毕业于浙江大学工程热物理专业，1984年硕士毕业于大连海事大学，
1991年博士毕业于加拿大多伦多大学，是《微流体和纳米流体》创办人及主编。2012年

在意影响因子，不干生物却甚于生物。在流体力学之外，他显然也打起了化学＋纳米＋
材料的主意，他喜欢被attention，追流行。有几篇文章nanoparticle, nanorod 是关
键词。这篇PRL的文章是他独立之后的有限的亮点文章，但却走的是nanopore（这里是
micron size)的路线，主要是实验数据总结，强的理论基础看不出来。可以预见，这哥
们儿去了南方科技大，一定会与那里的纳米灌水风气相结合，搞出很多他想要的高点数
文章来。
另，25篇文章中与其PhD 老板的文章有10篇，构成了他迄今为止有限文章引用数的绝大
部分。
