关于Newton's Laws especially Newton's 2nd Law of Motion是否适用于nanometer
scale. Let me first quote from "The Feymman Lectures on Physics" Vol. 1, page
2-6:
"The mechanical rules of "inertia" and "forces" are wrong -- Newton's laws are
wrong -- in the world of atoms".
So this quotation sets the tone of the applicability of Newton's Laws, i.e.
Newton's Laws can't be applied in the scale of "atoms".
Next, what's the scale of atoms.? Let me quote once again from the same book
and same page:

usally nanotech ppl talking about is from 10nm to 100nm. Moreover, it depends
on what properties you looking at. For electron transport properties, indeed
it doesn't fit classical transport model that is using newtons law.
For mechanic properties, it is not small enough to treat nanoparticles as

I am not an expert on semiconductor.
So This is what I will say.
It is correct that TSMC is sending out 28-nm with high-k metal gate (HKMG)
technology (in 4Q10).
However, other statements in your posting are incorrect, as far as I can

"Arm" I used means some kine of chain, several nanometers to hundred
nanometers, attached on the particles at one end, leaving the other end free.
You can have many kinds of functional groups which can carry the drugs or
proteins. I really doubt nanoparticles (inorganic) themselves can carry these
drugs or proteins.And you know most NP (inorganic) is not suit for the living
cell. This looks like some modification of the NP.

近期比特幣價格再度大漲,一度回到 1 萬 4 千美元,更傳出挖礦潮再度復活。
原本無利可圖的礦機生意隨著比特幣回溫似乎又死灰復燃,有中國供應鏈人士消息指出
,比特大陸已向台積電 7 奈米製程下了 3 萬片訂單,可能影響下半年產能。當然台積
電的 7 奈米製程並非廉價製程,據傳一片單價近 1 萬美元,若屬實,3 萬片就將近 3
億美元,且預計台積電應該會要求更高比例的訂金。
不過目前這些都還僅止於傳聞,比特大陸是否能拿出那麼多現金也令人懷疑,畢竟比特
幣才剛經歷大崩跌。但也有消息指出,比特大陸將重返上市之路,之前在港交所上市失
敗後,據傳近期將捲土重來,並向美國證券交易委員會提交上市文件。
