，在LA从没见过雪的两娃备感兴奋！中餐去Chinatown 吃的，感觉不如LA餐馆味道好。
晚餐选择了好评如潮的seastar餐馆，离住的酒店步行距离。大大推荐它家的生耗，名
不虚传！star tower味道很赞不过量少偏贵。Napkin holder很漂亮有特色waitress 说

起看看，笑笑，开心一下。
刚刚到美国，和朋友一起去餐厅吃饭的时候，想要一些餐巾纸。然后就给服务员说，能
给我这些paper吗，然后服务员就真的给我拿了纸过来，可以写字的那种。。。我又尝
试着问，那给我一些tissue，结果服务员又蒙了。后来，朋友觉得我太好玩了，就告诉
我这个东西是叫做napkin。这个鬼知道啊，我当时学语言背单词的时候，又没有专门背
过这个单词。哈哈，不要告诉我，只有我一个人经历过这种事，你们肯定也有吧。
而且我当时住在我的host family的时候，也发生过很丢人的事情。我第一次去他们家
，是在冬天，然后泳池上是盖着黑色的纸板的。然后当时不知道脑子怎么了，没有看到
，结果就从上边走，一下子bia到了游泳池里，现在他们还会拿这个取笑我的。可是我
在国内的时候，我们会把游泳池放掉水的啊。。。为什么她们是这个风俗习惯，莫名其
妙。
这只是我经历的那么多中的一些些而已，不过现在我已经呆了两年了，越来越熟悉这里
的风土人情了。不过想起刚刚来的那会，还真是好尴尬呢。哈哈。你们呢。有过吗。 |

，边聊天边喝，顺便看costco的大电视，一般续个七八次，走的时候装满。
走之前用hotdog的包装纸，包两磅多的chopped onion，回家前pass by burgerking，
拿pepper和kechup。回家炒kechup onion。对了，costco napkins也可以敞开拿的
，搽屁股。 |

charcoal, lighter. 所以这些大家都不用带了，当然你想多带点给大家share也更好。
自己带自己的午餐就可以了，到时候可以一起吃。我实在是不会做饭，如果我给大家准
备的话，肯定没人能吃下:) 这样也好，这次活动完全免费，大家不用分担任何费用
。（我指的是食品。汽油，门票等不包括。）

Do not wear jeans and cotton clothing. 毛衣 is questionable. A water-proof
jacket is necessary. Hat and sun block. Napkins. Extra socks. Bring 4
bottles of water if you are taking the Sawtooth route. Start early to make
sure you are back down to tree line by 1PM (depends on the weather). |

后决定下周6，5/4在milford kayaking。天气终于暖和了，欢迎密西根各位xdjmm踊跃

3.花费：kayaking的话，平均每个人20-30美元吧，吃饭一个人也就15美元最多了。总

骂。
以前听说过餐馆各式各样的服务态度差，不过和我今天在Han Dynasty遭遇的经历相比
，估计都是微不足道了。今天周末，想出去换换口味。于是一家老小驱车几十迈去了位
于宾州Royersford的Han Dynasty。中午十二点半左右到达的时候，饭店大堂并无任何
顾客用餐，只有黑衣、红衣服务员各一名，前台一名。没想到进了这门可罗雀的饭店，
后面的经历更加的耸人听闻。
耸人听闻其一：黑衣服务员（亚裔）点餐完了之后，红衣服务员（亚裔）来上菜。我想
让她帮忙再拿几张餐巾纸过来。在得知红衣服务员不会说中文的时候，我说“could
you bring me some more napkins”。原话大致如此，或者有“please”，或者没有。
不过我很肯定的是，绝对是很友好的态度而不是使唤的口气。她面无表情的说“say
please”。当我表示出不解的时候，她很不耐烦的又来了一句“say please”。我当时
都震惊了。有服务员这么教训顾客的吗？？？？？

napkin ring, 衣服不可以带卡通图案，刚开学的时候大部分玩具用布盖起来，孩子不
可以碰，完全不可以吃糖（即便是hallowean 和情人节）等等，单看也都还合理，但各
种各样的规矩加起来，就会感觉挺stress的。大概是因为我们离贵族实在是太遥远：） |

去年发现wastonville的草莓最好吃,而且路过101gilroy,也有u-pick樱桃的.
记住带桶水,和厚的napkin,到时候可以沾湿擦樱桃.否则樱桃都是有点小农药,直接吃回
来的路上就等着拉肚子吧.
带着sanwich, drink,和几把椅子, 树荫下还可以picnic一下. 孩子们最高兴了.特喜欢
摘樱桃摘草莓.
