亚裔就只能也降低到人口比例了。
一边是招收基本功严重不足的黑莫学生，等着两年内一个个因为gpa
达不到good standing的要求而只能drop out,
一边是学习优异的亚洲学生被拒之门外，
真是浪费资源。
话说回来，读名校意义也没有特别大。这个Janet Napolitano自己也只是

国安部长珍妮．纳波利塔诺(Janet Napolitano)25日表示，即将来临的联邦政府强
制减支，将严重影响国际旅行。所有海关及边境保护局(USCBP)雇员将被迫放无薪假，
国际机场通关可能长达四小时；邮轮码头长达六小时。该部也必须减少关押及遣返外籍
人士，将更难阻止非法移民偷渡和恐袭。
