我跟你一样的问题，不过我平时不肿，只是那里痛。但大概半年钱遭了次狠的，2个膝
盖全肿了，去查，医生说骨头韧带都没事，肌腱炎，给我开了这个naproxen后就让去理疗
但理疗去了几次，P用没有，肿都没消，理疗师也迷茫，最后我自己回家冰敷，慢慢好
了。但现在膝盖还是弱，小步跑没问题，不敢跳。
回到这个药，老实说我不知道吃了到底有效没，我是吃完了医生开的分量就没再续了，
感觉可能还没自己老老实实买冰敷管用。膝盖那地方没啥血管，一般的药效果到不了那
里，普通消炎药恐怕要吃出并发症来都未必能看到效果，lol |

Acetaminophen （对乙酰氨基酚，扑热息痛）。最常见的就是brand name就是Tylenol
。这一类止痛片存在时间很长，是最常用的止痛片之一。好处是相对副作用小，对肠胃
刺激小。坏处是对肝肾的负担大。如果肝肾功能有问题的要慎用。
Ibuprofen （布洛芬）。常见brand name是Motrin, Advil。消炎，退烧，止痛效果多
不错
Naproxen。常见的brand name是Aleve，Midol。药效长，需要吃的量少。Midol有专门
针对 menstral cramp的
Ibuprofen和Naproxen都是onsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)。NSAIDs
类药物对肠胃刺激大，最好和食物一起服用，减少药物对肠胃的直接刺激，特别是如果
有恶心的症状。另外这类药会增加心脏病和中风的可能性。 |

； 嗓子疼或者哪里发炎了买那个非处方的300g的naproxen，不就是7.99嘛？
再说了，用小将的话说，来了民主的美国，良好的空气和优质自然生态环境，不容易得

发帖数: 1679 | 15 一开始觉得脖子肿胀，说话累，喉咙那里的肌肉好像被什么束缚（不是很明显），脖子
外面看不出来肿大，去看急症，医生给了消炎药，吃了一个星期没有任何用处。去看
PRIME的INTERNAL MEDICINE，大夫说那么吃ANTI-BIOTICS，他觉得没问题，吃了6颗药
丸5天，头颈肿的感觉好像好一点了，但是下巴（下颚骨）觉得肿胀，耳朵有压力，里
面有时会痛。头经常觉得很肿，脖子前面后面头会肿胀。除了耳朵以外，其他部位都是
肿胀的感觉。这已经是第2个星期了，我实在不放心，又去看PRIME，这次验血（肾，红
白血球，甲亢），然后做胸部至脑部的CT。全部都没问题。于是我的PRIME就没办法了
。叫我去看耳鼻喉的SPECIALIST。看起来很权威的老医生说我有virus，配了Naproxen
一种什么非类固醇抗菌感染药，我吃了1个星期，还是没有好转。于是我国内家人把病
状描述打印出来去看门诊，医生说看起来像慢性咽喉炎。我想这个好办，之前的医生都
只是看喉咙，没有再往下看VOICE BOX,我再去看医生让他专门检查咽喉，不就能确证了
。我就去看第4个医生，医生拿一种东西从我鼻孔里进去，看完后说我的咽 |

发帖数: 40 | 17 开始时间：6月份的时候，我的背部肌肉拉伤，被送进医院，打了两针，据医生说是一
针松弛肌肉，另外一针记不得。开了三种药：naproxen,propoxy-N/APAP, ,
ethocarbamol.从那以后，我的左大腿和臀部结合部的大约3cmx3cm的皮肤/肌肉开始发
麻，摸上去有麻痛感。打针的地点在其上方3cm左右。我以为是正常情况，但是一直没
有减轻。
症状：微微发麻，走路的时候有时候会有微微的刺痛感。手摸上去会有麻麻的感觉，按
下去会有可忍耐的刺痛感，明显感觉这块皮肤/肌肉比其他地方冷。可以感觉不是骨头
问题。
跪求各位帮忙看看我可能是什么原因，需要去医院看看么？谢谢。 |

available as OTC drugs. However, it carries some risk for chronic use, such
as GI ulcer, kidney damage etc. My grandpa has gout as well and I think
most drugs are available in China now. They all carry some adverse effects,
which make them difficult for chronic usage. Diet control is an
alternative, and of course success depends on personality. |

Otherwise, bed rest & take some ibuprofen or naproxen to control pain and

孩子9个月大时就出现了关节肿胀，由于没意识到问题严重，11个月时才开始入院，现
在一年多了。
目前的症状是多个关节出现肿大，不发病时可以走路，但情况非常依赖药物（Naproxen
），不吃药的话睡觉都会蜷成一团，十分可怜；总吃药的话，孩子很容易感冒发烧，有
时高烧不退，非常危险。
早些时候用过抗风湿药副以少量激素， 效果差，副作用大，才改用生物单抗类药的。
想问问这种病可以长期用药吗？有没有比较好的治疗手段？国外尤其在美国市场有没有
好点的药，能不能直接买到？

effective. On TNF inhibitor or antibody antagonist now, part of side effect

但对水肿毫无帮助。
11月13号约到 rheumatologist, 验血结果各项类风湿因子都是阴性。白血球超高，抗Q
偏高。医生给右膝盖抽了积水，打了封闭。第二天手指关节全部消肿。以为就没事了。
蹦跶了没几天，11月19号，左膝盖开始水肿，疼痛感不大。第二天手指各关节重新开始
水肿。打了封闭的右膝盖目前正常。
打电话给医生，让我吃激素，没有其他更好的建议。我想问一问，
1. 验血结果能不能排除类风湿？如果不能，有没有其他办法帮助确诊？
2. 为什么打了封闭以后，水肿转移到左膝盖上去了？要说免疫系统攻击关节，打封闭
前整整一个月的时间，手指关节都被影响到了，为什么左膝盖毫发未损。
3. 建议现在把左膝盖的积水抽出来吗？我是真害怕一抽左膝盖，右膝盖又复发了。。。

疼痛期间可以吃纳普生naproxen止痛，是药店就可以直接买到的非处方药，可以非常安

celecoxib 只抑Cox-2。Cox-1有保护胃粘膜的作用，被抑制了有时胃不舒服。
celecoxib 只抑制Cox-2, 所以胃的副作用小，但价格也高而且是处方药。
