究都有这个周期性的特点，热一阵，冷一阵。素数对这个问题其实冷了很长时间，而张
成果建立的基础，例如GPV的paper是在2005年才开始圈子里流转的，到张成功不到十年
的时间。其实，GPV只要把他们自己的第三个限制条件稍微relax一下就没张益唐什么事
了，但科研成果和荣誉只认第一，没办法。但是，如果你熟悉学术圈子里不是很佩服的
非常委婉的说法，就知道有两种说法表达了上面的意思。一个是，Zhang won where
others failed。另一个说法是，GPV narrowly missed the win by a hair。如果
你看了张的paper，在独创性上，并没有特别牛的感觉，甚至有种他做了很关键但是很

The upper house of the Swiss parliament on Thursday narrowly approved
legalizing adoptions by gay couples.
The Council of States voted 21-19 on the legislation, which would allow gay
couples in registered partnerships to adopt. Politicians supporting the new
law say it reflects the reality of Swiss families in 2012.
The lower house must now consider the legislation. |
