The "forefoot last" is a confusing number; I did some search and still
cannot get the accurate define. But it for sure doesn't necessary match the
width of your feet in mm since the same model of boots has the same "
forefoot last" regardless of the size.
If you think you have a narrow forefoot, you should look at boots with
forefoot 98-100mm. 100 is average, 98 is on the narrow side and 102 is on
the wide side.

natual stance. About "膝盖弯一点", you won't be able to see the subtle
movement from your level. If it is dynamic skiing, it's not only "弯一点".

The only thing that still justifies my call is the pot odds, I need 25%

发帖数: 1149 | 21 去年夏天路过Zion只安排了1天半时间，除了bus沿途拍拍，就走了两条trail: angles
landing和narrows，太亏了。当时还安慰自己说，好歹把最著名的两条trail走了。有
机会打算再去Zion住上4-5天。
这两条trail都不好走。Angles Landing上半段必须很小心，我一个帽子吹到离我两米
处的峭壁上，愣没敢拣。Narrows越往里走水越深，都快没到脖子了，幸好我们把贵重
物品都放在了cooler里，才安然无恙。
很多national park都值得玩上3天以上，每天都有很好的风景，很多好风景都在trail
里，如果去了一个很好玩的地方看一眼就走了，就如同一桌酒菜摆在你面前，吃一两口
就撤了，暴殄天物啊。建议时间允许的话，就适当在好玩的地方多呆一段，时间不允许
的话，就少玩几个地方。除非是以后没机会再去了，就只能像过电影似的，把所有好玩
的地方分别浓缩成一两张图片，然后串起来。 |

每一站下来到各路边景点拍拍照，回到visitor center估计正好快要日落。
其实zion最好的景致是Angel's landing Trail 和The narrows.不过平均需要2.5-4小
时和3-5小时。你们估计是没有时间了。

我个人不喜欢看山，山看多了对我而言，就都是那么回事吧，所以我不觉得Zion有多好。

Zion本来就是以山体奇险著称，一般停留短的就是坐在公交上转一圈，看看黄色的山脉
，最多在Temple of Sinawava下车走走river walk，但还没淌The Narrows，或者走走Weeping Rock就回了。
如果真的爬了Angel Landing，就不会觉得很没劲了，那种刺激和辛劳一定很难忘。
其实，有不少国家公园都要深层次体会，靠Hiking，而不是靠“看”，Zion就属于这种，
当然像黄石这类国家公园主要是“看”。 |

晚上睡觉总觉得帐篷会被风卷走一样。
强烈建议第一次去的时候先去Visitor Center看一下Video，Zion里面的那些山石都有
名字和传说，Video会大概介绍一下它们的来历啊啥的，许多都跟摩门教有关。Zion
National Park里面是一条狭长的山谷，冬天可以自己开车进去，夏天只能坐shuttle
bus，除非订了里面的Lodge。Emerald Pools Trails可以走一走。我们走进去的时候突
然狂下暴雨，于是在一块大石头下躲了20几分钟，然后走到上面的时候就听见轰隆轰隆
万马奔腾的声音，不知为何物。其间跨过一条小溪，走到upper trail的最顶端，见到
了几个瀑布。那瀑布之水黝黑浑浊，夹带着一股阴沟的气味。待我们往回走过先前那条
小溪时，它已经摇身变成了一条湍急的大河！这是刚才下暴雨的水从山顶倾泻而下！汹
涌的河水让对岸的游客望而却步，我们也被困在了山中！好在暴雨下的猛归猛，但并不
持久。又等了20几分钟，河流渐小，我等推了几块大石头进去垫脚，拄着干树枝做拐杖

么就第四天抽签那天，paria contact station抽签后，开33mile去page坐船，12点半到5点
半那场。第四天zion就不去了。晚上住page
如果没抽中，次日再从kanab去zion走马光花，（不再hike the narrows了）
下午2-3点开车去LV. 如果抽中，这次行程就不去zion了。
因为去过yosemite, 不是big fan, 在youtube和google image看了不少zion的照片，也觉得不是
我的tea，不如bryce漂亮。真的好看的地方比如The Subway, 又不可能去。我本来还比
较喜欢hiking,可是带着父母，连angle's landing也去不成。最多在the narrow水里走
走。 另外听说zion看着大气，但比较难出好照片。这次行程主要是让老妈拍些好照片 |

Below is how I allocated among these parks when I visited the grand circle.
2天。一天爬observation point,和其他的一些小的trail.另外一天Angel's landing.
我去的那次narrows没开，否则可以去narrows,不一定要去observation point.
1天。bryce point看日出。然后走走queen's garden之类的，trail难度都不大。
当时只是开车过随便照了几张，不太清楚。
俺没去过。
2天。一天drive through, double o arch (devil's garden)外加delicate arch看日
落，另外一天fiery furnace加上其他的小点的trail.
1-1.5天。Island in the sky地区主要是开车看，半天够了。Needles 1天，我当时走
了一个什么garden的trail,觉得一般，看其他人推荐。

Death Valley, Yosemite, Grand Teton and Yellowstone). 最让我难忘的是
Yellowstone，几年前的那个夏天，和家人看日落，喝啤酒，真是惬意，看到一只小熊
认真地匆匆走路，看到草原，看到地热景观，现在回想起来那些不一样的景色很难想象
都在一个公园里。第二喜欢的是 Zion，和 Yellowstone 相比，Zion 真是小，不过非
常美丽，感恩节去的时候居然还有秋天的红叶，遗憾的是当时准备工作没作好，没有
hike the Narrows，到了 Angels Landing 又在 Scout's Lookout chickened out 了
，下次再去至少要走完 the Narrows. |

度也不是特别大，全程阴凉，只是有点长，而且只有夏天才适合走。Angel's Landing
不如the Narrows好玩，而且肯定会很热，最后一段非常危险，不要被晒得中暑了。
Alstrom Point要越野四驱车才能到达，那里非常偏僻，不可能camping，你肯定是要开
回US-89的。

发帖数: 752 | 39 刚从grand circle游回来，这么多天的国家公园玩下来，确实挺累的，建议连续玩国家
公园不要超过7天吧。
父母过来参加我们的婚礼，所以婚礼之后顺便带父母出去玩一圈。父母喜欢自然风光，
所以就准备在黄石和grand circle中间选一个。由于决定比较晚，很难定到黄石里面的
旅馆了，所以就选了grand circle。因为是7月份，天气比较热，所以计划每天上午和
傍晚游玩，下午最热的时间用来开车或者在旅店休息，毕竟在100度以上的高温下爬山
还真不是好玩的。
7月2号出发，7月10号回来，一共8天，东部飞到las vegas，傍晚到达，租了一辆红色
camry，还真够喜庆的。第一天住在aria，比预期的5星水平有些差距，房间不是很大，
不过那个电视控制挺好玩的，在床上躺着就不用下来了。每个房间还送了100刀的
credit，我们用来吃了顿buffet，感觉还不错，蟹腿有点咸，没有什么太出彩的地方，
比较平庸，不过既然是free food，也不能要求太高了。之后vegas的灯红酒绿略去不表。

Zion, Rocky Mountain NP之前去过了，所以这次特意略过。不过zion没有走narrow，
爬了angel landing。narrow是不是一直走的话可以很长？好像我当时查的是可以
camping然后第二天回，而且要趟齐腰深得水。Zion是要有时间再去一次的，（其实都
去过2次了），在我看来很美，不过lp喜欢数多点的地方，像Glacier。另外antelop
canyon也去过了，不过还是多谢提醒。

Zion最著名的两条trails, 一是the Narrows, 二是the West Rim Trail & the Angele
's Landing.
Narrows我们走最简单的由河流下游向上游方向，走到Orderville Canyon往返约5
miles, 到Big Spring往返约10 miles. Big Spring往上需要申请permit了，我们最远
就此打住。因为是原路返回，所以视大家当天的心情想走多远走多远，不需要一定走到
最远。
the West Rim Trail & the Angele's Landing是从山顶走到山脚，基本上大部分时候
是下坡路，偶尔有小上坡。在大约12miles左右的地方到达Scout's Lookout, 这里往上
爬500ft就是the Angele's Landing. 爬完the Angele's Landing回到Scout's Lookout
大约2.5miles下山路到山脚trailhead.

几年前曾经去过Antelope Canyon, 那时候纯粹是旅游，只带一个小Nex，轻松自在，很
喜欢羚羊谷的texture，但是各种因素也没有认真的静心拍摄。
最近已经定下计划再去一次羚羊谷，这次打算认真点拍，计划去upper and lower
Antelope Canyon, 当然行程还去其他地方，包括Zion/the narrows, Big Bend, Grand
canyon, Arches 等地。
羚羊谷很打沙尘，只能一个镜头，现在有点纠结是用 24-70 还是 17-35？另外除了
D800，带一个6x6中幅+黑白 （只有标头）是否合适？
Antelope Canyon是个大家都拍的地方，不过的确喜欢那里的岩石纹理和光线。这里拍
风景的牛人很多，请大家给给建议。

Narrows的入口早上凉，大概65，下午85左右
水大概55度吧，刚下水确实发冷，走走就习惯了。
Angel's Landing大概五个小时，
大多数时间花在traffic jam上。
不靠谱的人太TM多了。
Narrows bottom-up走多远随意，不过真要到最窄的地方往返应该准备一整天。
而且下午容易下雨/发洪水。 |

day 2&3.angels landing完全不可能。你上去最后一段路是要抓铁链走山脊的。别说老
人，就算个子低的年轻人走都够呛，因为铁链之间的间距非常大，如果身高不到1.75米
，站在下面一个铁链处根本够不到上一个铁链，很危险。
我的建议：第一天下午在zion里随便走走，可以往the narrows那边走。那边有很简单
的trail，峡谷里的平地，可以一直走到the narrows跟前。
第二天早上起个大早，去angels landing，但是不登顶。早上人少不挤，爬到半山腰路
上的风景就很好，峡谷里雾蒙蒙的早晨配上太阳的丁达尔效应非常漂亮。看老人体力，
走一会儿就原路返回。爬到可以俯瞰山谷的地方还是很容易的，大概在最初1/4处吧就
能看到了。
day 3.中午到达bryce的话，那么下午开车走一圈+沿途景点时间就用完了。记得晚上一
定要去看星星！不要留到arches再看。bryce是全美最好的观星点之一，比arches好多
了，在arches你能看到moab的灯光。晚上就吃完饭后开车到公园门口的visitor center

angel landing 来回4小时
narrows来回8小时
我现在都不知道带我爸妈去那边玩什么了.

Day 4 Bryce 看Bryce NP日出, Queen's garden+Navajo Loop ,然后从Sunrise
point返回，
开车四个小时到moab，Stay in Moab.UT （经US-24号景观路）
Day 5 Arches 上午Deadhorse Point(死马点)+Canyonlands NP(峡谷地), 下午
Delicate Arch看日落
Stay in Moab.UT
Day 6 开车6 小时出发到 flagstaff，住flagstaff

发帖数: 30 | 50 12岁和9岁。没有走angel's landing. 我们去的时候，the Narrows 因为大量融雪关闭
了，而且水很冷，不然我觉得走一段the Narrows会更好，那个trail更漂亮。我们走了
lower emerald pool和Canyon overlook trail， 中间坐Bus在其它几站下来看了看而
已。
今年国家公园还有四年级小学生免费门票。如果你的孩子正好四年级，事先打印好网上
的free pass, 就不用买年票了。呵呵 |
