今天，据新闻报道，Yahoo挺不住了，周二会宣布大裁员15%、关闭一些商业部门。按照
雅虎目前10700员工来算，对应着1600多人。
一周前，VMware宣布裁员800人，占目前员工数目不到5%。
更早些时候，有投资机构人士认为，2016年美国IT企业预计会裁员33.3万人，并给出裁
员的公司名单和人数，这个名单上主要是些老牌公司，比如HP、IBM、Oracle、Cisco、
NetApp、Yahoo、Juniper、EMC，也有Yelp和F5 Networks这种比较新的公司。
现在看来，投资机构做的预测正在逐渐成为现实。预测的裁员人数未必准确，但是裁员
也可能是多批进行，比如Yahoo，过段时间也可能继续裁员。

NASDAQ OMX's exchanges run on thousands of Linux-based servers.
敢问哪里提到了windows? stock exachange通常的做法就是Oracle/DB2做数据库，
Java/C++/C跑不同的模块。如果你去找工作网站，我很肯定nasdaq java比C#
招得多多了。
Java可以Handle realtime equity trade，要举例子我可以给你找。我不知道nasdaq跑
的是啥，因为找不到索引，但我不会像你这样乱喷。更没脸喷了还吃回去。 |

都可算做科技的小蓝筹。不过Nasdaq 100的问题是大部分已经是成名已久，也许上
升的动力已经不是太足了，好处是QQQ的原因，很多fund，庄家都在上面，转身慢。
不过长期之后，还是有些会慢慢下坡然后被剔出去的。
所以找明日之星，我觉得要看Nasdaq Q-50，这些是准备进入QQQ的第二梯队，取代被赶
出来的。庄家也会比较重视，一些能在Q-50站稳脚跟的，相对稳当又有上升的动能。
下面这个是list，供参考。中概方面，SOHU/FMCN都是6月才被加入的，SINA已经有阵子
了。

票账户登记卡（公司名和股票数），挂靠在西安股权托管中心，没有合同书。当时中介
说得天花乱坠，要不是由于nasdaq上市有股东人数要求，公司是不会分拆原始股的。
2009年6月这家西安兽药公司真的在nasdaq上市了，代号SKBI。
通过那种半非法渠道买了员工股的人都想卖了套现，西安公司推说要转换到香港账户才
可以交易，后来又说由于nasdaq的规定什么的，解禁期遥遥无期。
朋友参加了一个群，有不少人遭遇了不能抛售SKBI的不幸。有的人去上海交易所和证监
会投诉，但没人受理，因为这家公司在中国没有上市。也有不少人去了西安登门讨说法
，公司人员不否认股票的真实性，但对于解决方案三缄其口。
请问有哪位知道员工股票解禁的程序吗？nasdaq有投诉举报电话吗？美国有证监会吗？
朋友很着急，大家能帮着出出主意吗？
