如连到电视机或投影仪时，图像显示的会是你实际显示器材的native resolution. 一
般电视是480i, 所以你即使使用HD/BD碟机输入1080p的信号，它也会在电视机的内部由
一定的chip来downgrade它，你实际看到的是480i的东西。 高清电视或投影仪也一样，
它内部会有运算模块来保证即使输入的是standard 480i(例如DVD)信号，显示出来的也
是它的native resolution （如720p, 1080i, 或1080p）。 upscalling DVD player内
部也有这么一个chip， 来对DVD信号进行运算再输出。 然而很多高清电视用的这个
chip并不是很好，就像有些便宜的upscalling DVD player效果不好一样。 这时如果用
一个好地scaller, 直接给显示器材输入它native resolution的信号，就会比一般的
DVD机效果好。 Oppo用的就是业内最好的chip, 其他品牌如Denon用同样chip的机型价

1）与是否起英文名一毛钱关系都没有。居然有人拿英文名与主流挂钩，很匪夷所思。
2）索南不会讲美语白话，是懒得去学。基本结了婚，老婆孩子热炕头后，彻底失去了
学英语和与主流打交道的机会。但不排除有些人很上进，一直在努力学习，语言能力逐
渐趋近native speaker对第一代移民来说不是不可能。
3）记住我说的话，“亚裔永远无法融入主流”。就算是华裔第三代，也容不了。第二
代是native speaker又怎样，白人还是不带你玩，这样的例子见太多。很简单，黄脸决
定一切。顶着一张爹不疼娘不爱的黄脸是原罪。部分外F除外，再说，外F的后代也称不
上纯种亚裔了。反过来讲，见过欧洲来的白人留学生，虽然英语不是完全顺溜，跟小美
打成一片太容易了，外貌，生活习性，甚至思维都相当接近。单看面貌你甚至都分不出
来人也是异国他乡来求学的。为什么？人是白人！这些第一代移民会像索南整天考虑融
入主流的问题么？？？

In fact, "I am wondering" sounds like something only a non-native speaker

这个语言软件是给很多特殊族群用的，其中有一种是帮助NATIVE AMERICAN学CHEROKEE
的。因为讲这种语言的人越来越少，多少有点文化保护的意味。我接手的那个虚拟场景
是一群美国人设计要我实现的。你们知道吗，那个场景的背景是一个CASINO！我当时几
乎不敢相信自己的眼睛。政府对NATIVE AMERICAN的政策倾斜，造成他们开赌场拿
LICNESE容易。但赌博是他们CULTURE的一部分吗？我为这些NATIVE AMERICAN感到悲哀
，他们的孩子学习本族传统语言的时候，看到的就是这种CULTURE SYMBOL。但仔细想想
，这个也不是情理之外的。等到你自己都不知道自己CULTURE GROUP的内涵，需要让别
人来告诉你的文化是什么样的时候，就难免会发生这种情况。

upon admission to the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied

的，通常家庭条件是一致的，而华人的理念又是一致的。还有你那500的大陆出来的数
据，从哪儿来得?

发帖数: 211 | 46 首先，让我们一同探讨目的问题。没有目标的船只永远在海上漂流。学习英语的目的多种多样，但学口语的目的，只有一个：为了能与Native English speakers进行“有效的交流” ，即工作中能与Native speakers建立、保持和发展良好的工作关系；或生活中结交几个native speaker的朋友，能够彼此交流感情、相互鼓励和帮助。而不是为了和同胞交流，也不是为了能和“老外”说上几句诸如：How are you? I am fine thanks. My English is poor. Bye-bye.等幼儿园英语而转身离去，搞的“老外”一头露水，找不着北。(国内很多学英语的朋友，就好像一个苦苦练了10年武功的大侠，“十年磨一剑，双刃未曾试”，终于有一天有机会面对敌人时，唯一想到的招式就是：逃命！)更不是为了“为了说英语”而浪费时间的、没话找话的和老外闲聊---分手几分钟后，别人就再也不想和你交往、也根本记不住你是何方神圣了。
在中国，可怜的老外们，大多饱经那些被问了上千遍雷同的、无聊的、毫无创意的、有时Chinglish 式的问题的摧残和蹂躏，比如，Are you an |
