30分钟(屏幕显示200cal),大约两天一次8min abs。 没有刻意调节饮食
其实我也不想要多少肌肉,看起来健康,胖一点就好。请大家指点指点,还需要怎么练
,哪些地方需要加强。我每天只有1个小时锻炼时间。
大家都怎么热身?昨天卧推的时候突然脑充血,晕菜了,现在还没好

money money
we gained lots of money by those 2nd tier colleges.
Tongji's money is No.6 in China. While most other universities get money from
Education Dept/National Fund, we made money by design projects and 2nd tier
colleges.
This is the NBest thing about Tongji. While other univerties wasted our citizens
blood money, we can make money by ourselves!!.
