发帖数: 473 | 1 还有一个月就要考了。NBME2只有430。很郁闷，看了一个月书，还倒退了。除了几道FA
记混得，确实有很多不懂的题。LD说了，82就82。俄的神阿，太差劲了八。我错了很多
脑子的图和分子生物，这些FA上没有，Kaplan也找不到，该如何改进他们呢？对不起我
问题这么多，可是我错的都不止这些。请大虾们帮帮忙！要不是我妈在，今天就大哭一
顿了。sigh... UW第一遍50%，第二遍80%，goljan audio两遍，rapid review 1便，
kaplan notes 1bian, kaplan DVD 1bian,FA看了无数遍，还这么惨，前所未闻。叩谢
。。。

because the tarchycardia was induced by exercise and stress which means the
increased sympathetic activity, among all those drugs, only Propranolo can
block sypathetic activiy. in this case, mainly beta 1 activity. |

感受
1: step3不容忽视，难啊，但是却是我复习生涯中最痛苦的经历，游走在不想看书，看
又做不对题，但又不得不看的反复中。因为复习的时间正好是提交各种资料，然后等iv
的时间，又平添了各种起伏（略去好多字）。总之，要严肃对待！
2：step2的底子太重要！从CK开始，看一种疾病就要从表入里完全理解透彻，这样各种
题都不怕！其实step3考的好多step1和CK的东西，看书做题几遍不重要，重要的是每遍
都要仔细，不能流于表象。我感觉我吃老底吃的不少。

看着最近很多比较短时间就拿下CK的牛人们，开始怀疑自己是不是在浪费时间。
目前复习的状况是这样的：kaplan note看了两遍，MTB看了1.5遍。下载的UW做了大概
80%多，正确率60－65%。上周做了个online的NBME2，500多点，不到550。
感觉UW很重要，很犹豫的就是现在是先做online的q bank然后再做online uw，还是再
做一遍online的uw。觉得offline的uw刚做了一遍，再做online的话其实是记住了题，
而不是真正的消化了。但是又觉得做q bank貌似是在浪费时间，好像很多人都没有做q
bank那。
过来人点评一下，多谢啦！！

助.
kaplan notes: 5本书 认真过了一遍. 没听video.
接下来做Kaplan Q-bank 正确率59%
USMLE step 2 secrets 第1遍。
然后是UW Q-bank 总共做了2-3遍(第3遍没有看完就得去考试了)，都是mixed模式，
第1遍正确率74%，考前挑了几套题做，正确率在90%左右.
USMLE step 2 secrets 第2遍。因为买了本新的step 2 secrets书，而且在看第1遍的
时候还不知道有MTB. 所以总共看了2遍step 2 secrets。没看MTB。
nbme3 score 560/231 2.5 months before exam
nbme1 score 590/251 3weeks before exam
nbme2 score 630/260 2weeks before exam

发帖数: 704 | 10 前几天好不容易CK分数出来了， 达到了自己承诺写经历的99的目标，所以现在回顾一
下复习准备经过，一来是如今有些疲倦的我对自己的小结和鼓励，二来是回报我在论坛
上看到的考经，和考友们的帮助吧。
YOG >>10年。 去年7月初宣言考试然后准备报名。 在去年9月30日，发现ECFMG报名接
受后， 就把CS的时间定在今年5月14日，保证7月中以前出成绩（其实后来才发现可以
最晚7月初考CS也可以）。计划从7月中旬开始看书 （STEP1 FA, 弱项KAPLAN解剖开始
）， 7-8个月，Step 1在二月中到三月中旬考。 Step2 CK计划八月中旬到八月底考，
那样能九月出成绩， 赶上MATCH. 事实上是Step1 是拖到3月底考完， CS勉强按计划
考完通过（一惊一咋的）， CK因为改题型推迟出成绩，就临时赶在8月2日考， 希望8
月份出成绩 （结果偷鸡不成， 碰上新题型， 9月28日才出成绩）。跌跌撞撞，总算是
按计划完成。 加上ERAS MATCH的申请，整整15个月。虽然整个package有待提高，但基本已经完成。
能努力的，我已经尽量学会去努力了。

发帖数: 713 | 12 和你share一下我个人的经历吧。 我在考前3星期左右做了nbme2也挺低的， 我当时就
把nbme2里面的提到的所有的疾病彻彻底底的查了并仔细学了一遍， 包括选项里面的。
我当时的想法是ck考的病其实就是这些， 就是考法不同。 这个过程花了整整一个星
期。
还有我觉得uw还是作为复习资料更有效。 我的online uw一遍都没完。但是我用uw
download把每个自己不熟悉的知识点都打印出来， 然后划出来。 这样， 下次就快速
的看这些画出来的，每看一次， 不知道的就少一些， 速度就更快一些。 我基本上每
次做nbme之前再把这些自己不知道的部分尤其是弱项快速的过一遍。
这样我2完了以后很快分数就上来了。
还有你mtb读的次数还不够。 至少在读两边吧。 我当时的感觉是在考前读书的时候能
读到哪里就能想到uw里补充的知识点。

挺高兴的, 毕竟是一个准备了尽9个月的考试.
我从小到大都对分数不是很在意, 从来都是够用就好, 但这一次还是挺努力的.
整个过程下来, 觉得这个考试不需要太聪明, 要具备一个做和尚的基本素质, 那就是要
能坐的住, 而且是心无杂念.
回想一下, 从有想法到迈出第一步已经有7年了, 没来美国前就知道可以走这条路, 但
苦于忙着手边的事, 一直拖着. PhD毕业以后, 也没去做博士后, 就在家里全职在家复
习. PhD 期间的后两年里, 断断续续的看过一遍书吧, 但是用处不大, 因为全忘光啦!
很羡慕那些一边工作一边考试的前辈们, 我只能一段时间内只做一件事.
用的书跟前辈们都差不多.
我本来打算8月底考试的, 看了我下面的NBME 成绩就知道了, 8月初考了NBME1, 当时也
不知道1简单, 很开心, 想着可以如期考试了, 第二天就高高兴兴的和老公去钓鱼了.
一周后又考了一个, NBME2 只有510, 心情跌入谷底, 自问自己月底还能考吗, 咬牙,继
续做题巩固, 加强薄弱环节.一周后又测, NBME3 560, 觉得不是很差. 心想着要是

KAPLAN NOTE 和听一遍，做UW 一遍，平均正确率50%，08年3月考试，成绩是65。休息
了4个月，08年7月又从新准备，花了三个月复习KAPLAN，GOLJAN NOTES, 花三个月开始
分科做UW，最后平均正确率是60%，作NBME2，分数是350/70。又花三个月复习KAPLAN和
FA。今天作了UW 自测，分数仍是350。我真的花了所有的业余时间在这上了，可分数仍
然是这样，我的目标是90，难道我这辈子作不到了吗？ |

HY neuronantomy补补，或者netter‘s 。
看FAFAFA，把NBME错的地方在FA上好好贯通一下，还有UW的错题
现在再过notes或者DVD感觉效率不好，
最后一个月还是抓弱项吧，把弱项变成中等性价比高，要把中等变强项就难了

the delay. I was led by other team members of our study group and had to do
NBME forms to catch their steps. So my scores were sort of mess and may not
be much informative to your preparation:
NBME1: 54 wrong, about 3 months before
NBME4: 50 wrong, 2.5 months
NBME3: 51 wrong, 2 months
NBME2: 39 wrong, 1.5 months
I managed to read through Kaplan Notes once. At the same thme, I did Kaplan
QBank once in 3 weeks and went over |

online 410/203。我的第一遍UW35-65%(不同科差异很大)，现在混合着做75-80%左右，
错题65-70%。但是我发现可能做多了就记得答案了，对内容理解还不够。
我First aid看得不全，基本上对应UW看的，大家认为现在开始看First aid
