1.最后UW是按系统做还是混合做好，如果还能抽时间做第2次的话？ 因为nbme6只有510
，感觉很担心。
2. 我还有NBME7 和UW sim 1， 2可以作为模考，是否够了？
最后2周，如何安排？完成上面的是不是就够了？ |

4/13早9：30收到email通知出成绩。
成绩不优秀，但是也想说一下自己的体会奉献给大家，都是个人的一些浅见，如有不当，敬请指出。
先说考试当天：我约的是中午开始，因为自己起早比较困难。大概11点到达考场，10分钟左右就开始考试了，没有必须等到12点。
考试时每2个block休息一下，第4个结束后吃了点东西，没怎么喝水。考场工作人员不是每次都翻兜，但是我想规定应该是必须翻兜的。
考到第6个最后一些题目的时候已经困了，勉强答完，在座位上趴着睡了10分钟，因为那时还有大概30多分钟的休息时间。后来一个工作人员进来我就醒了，估计他也是来叫醒我的，怕我睡过了，呵呵。
考场后来有人打字，键盘声很大，就带上了那个黄色的隔音耳麦，黑色的是听题目用的，不知道是不是所有考场都如此。
复习：
全职工作，大概10个月。复习用的材料没什么特殊的，FA很重要，UW因为看得比较早，所以没记住太多，这也可能是一个缺点。UW一开始做的时候只有45%-60%正确率，
NBME 买了6，7
NBME7 考前3个月， 420，很烂；
NBME3，4，5做的下载版，正确率在80%左右，考前一个月。

毕业〉10+ 年，full time job， 复习七个半月，最后29天请假全职复习。 ~1600-
1800 小时。
复习资料： RRP, HY Neuroanatomy, FA
UW, kaplan Q-bank, NBME, CD
FA， 3- 4 人组过第一遍，第一遍一定要过仔细，mechanism非常重要，FA上没提到
mechanism，但能挖出来的得好好挖（工具：google）。4-5人组过第二遍，3人组第三
遍。一对一两人组第四遍，我主讲，队友补充。 第五遍跟Doctors In Training 过的
（谢谢lele的推荐）。DIT非常花时间，整个program是80小时，我花了~120小时。效果
见仁见智：有说单靠DIT考不了高分，有说DIT能提10-20分的。我对自己不是很有信心

很少，而且那么多和我一路走来的战友们，最后还是决定写一下。
趁着手上还有模考的成绩，先贴个模考的timeline：
07/12 NBME6 500
08/15 NBME12 560
09/7 NBME7 560
09/21 NBME5 560
10/19 NBME13 610
11/16 NBME11 640
考前一个月内还做了做了uw sim1 750 uw sim2 800 kaplan diagnostic test 75%
kaplan sim1 82%。
准备了正好11个月的时间。前面半年基本上就是每天1-2小时，幸好加入了FA学习小组
，属于被小组拽着走的那个，每次自己讲课都要被组长拉出去谈话说准备不细致，不认
真，别人讲课还要走走神什么的。要感谢组长doc和组员们对我的容忍啊。主要是那个
时候还没端正态度说要速战速决，我是打算等毕了业再全职准备的。 知道半年后老板
出差了2个月，开始转为基本全职，找到了很好的study partner，她每次都告诉我13年

intracellular signal, I think it should be cAMP. Maybe I think too much. |

cAMP is the second messager of glycagon. That is only my point of view. I am
not sure which should be the correct answer. There are different ideas
about this Q in usmleforum.

Any member in a pathway can become a signaling molecule. cAMP is directed to
phosphorylation of F6P only upon binding of glucagon with its receptor. i.e
. it is receptor specific for this phosphorylation regulation process. That
is why i choose E. Any suggestions else? |

F-2,6-P2 is the most important molecule in regulation of glycolysis and
gluconeogenesis. It directly affects the enzymes for phosphorylation of F-6
-P and F-1.6-BisPase.
As for cAMP, although it can activate PKA, it doesn't have a direct effect

what THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO TEST YOU.
This Q didn't ask about its signal system, but more of a "conception"/ general idea.
"phosphorylation of fructose 6-phosphate" = fructose 6-phosphate -> BP-1,6-
fructose. For which Fructose 2,6-bisphosphate is the most potent activator.
cAMP does not affect this reaction, but AMP does!

每天学习完，我总是问自己，我尽力了吗？我总是对自己说这是一场与自己的赛跑，坚
持下去一定会赢。
毕业年限 >10年
3月中：开始准备。FA + Kaplan Qbank，分科做。
5月初去老刀会前，完成 Kaplan Qbank: 56%，只做了一遍。
从老刀会回来一边准备CS，一边做 UW（分科）。
6月初，彻底停了UW，专心准备CS。
7月初完成CS后，又开始接着做UW。
7月底完成第一遍 UW：63%
接着2周把错题和mark的题又做了一遍。
8月8日：UW sim1，560
8月10日，NBME5 online，500
8月15日，UW sim2，690
8月16日，NBME6 online，480
8月20日，NBME4 online，560
8月22日：229/95
总结：
1． 时间紧任务重. 为了赶今年的match, CS夹在中间考了。
2． NBME5，6 不理想，本来打算延期。8月19日 CS出成绩，过了，心里的石头落地
。20日做了NBME4， 560。坚定信心，不再等了 |

虽然表面看来从410到500增加了90分，其实我是蛮担心分数的大起大落的。希望下面的
测试能有稳步的提高，这样我才有充足的信心赶赴考场。BTW，你做了NBME6吗?跟网上
答案出入大吗? |

看了不少人的考经，觉得NBME的四百多和五百多，其实差别不是那么明显。 最重要的
是，我们把知识点都掌握牢靠。

1,NBME-6能上500,应该有把握去考试,能否上99,主要看抽到什么考题,以及考试当天
的状况.
2,我当时是在过FA的时候,先做对应章节的题,再看书,再看错题.这样印象深点.
3,NBME7 和UW sim 1,2+CD作为模考已经足够.不过,建议早点做NBME-7,最后做CD.
NBME-7比真题难,要是做得不好,容易打击信心.
4,祝考前睡得好,考场发挥好.
