另回答你的问题，nBuLi的shelf life很长的。。。LDA shelf life是2周。。。
所以一般都是现用现做。。。 |

结果当时问了一圈全有一个人滴定过的，都说差不多直接用吧。。。我当时比较寒。。
不过后来倒是来了很多会经常滴定的特别仔细的同行。。。 |

degree for 30 min. The mixture is then cooled to -40 or lower temperature,
followed by addition of aldehyde. warm to rt. the cis/trans ratio should be
greater than 20.
the cis/trans product is hard to separate, nor distinguishable by protono
NMR. only carbon tell the difference. For comparision purpose, if you use
nBuLi as the base, you will obtain the cis/trans ratio about 4:1. |

我要做25-250g左右的PEG,用Aldrich的lecture bottle 环氧(99.5%), 有以下几个问题:
1.这个环氧需不需要纯化(nBuLi处理)?
2.什么样的容器接受环氧比较好? 文献上说用graduated burete,但滴定管怎么密封,冷
却收集环氧?有没有什么更好的容器?
3.怎样安全转移环氧到反应器里?我想用一升左右的反应器做25g, 用250ml左右的THF.

发帖数: 4 | 10 1.需要nBuLi纯化,冰水浴搅拌2小时即可。
2.带四氟塞密封的厚壁Schlenk瓶做为反应容器；带刻度的管子连接在纯化瓶和反应瓶
间，作为量具。整套装置高真空，转移的时候，干冰丙酮浴冷凝，真空转移。
3.最好用钢管连接各容器，普通的玻璃瓶不耐压，容易爆炸。做25G,100mlTHF足够，
500mL容器足够。
