1. 整洁， 有条理， 心思细腻。 白男里有这个调调的基本都是gay, 索南这样子的大

由，但在美国的判例中的确存在极少数的例外。先说第一种情形：
本案中，被告人Morissette是一名收破烂的，有一天他发现生意自己送上门来了：在一
片荒地上，散落着一堆类似上图这样的废铁片。
多年职业素养告诉他，只要是铁的，就能卖钱，于是他把废铁片捡回去，卖了84美金（
按照通胀计算，约合今天的900美金）。
麻烦来了：Morissette捡回家的破铜烂铁，其实是航空炸弹爆炸后剩下的弹壳。美国空
