While Negishi coupling is more useful in sp3 coupling. Nevertheless, the
bottom line is you MUST live long enough to enjoy the laureate. |

伊利诺州奥格利郡警长办公室(Ogle County Sheriffs Office)14日表示，日前在州际公路附近游走的亚裔耆老，经证实为2010年诺贝尔化学奖得主、印第安纳州普渡大学教授根岸英一(Eiichi Negishi，82岁)，他与妻子根岸堇(Sumire Negishi，80岁)是在开车前往洛克福德机场(Rockford Airport)途中发生车祸，事发后，根岸英一试图向外求援，但车内根岸堇已不幸死亡。
当警方接到民众举报而找到根岸英一时，他已经出现脱水及神智不清现象，送医治疗后，医院及警方并没有立即发现他就是12日家人举报失踪的老人之一，更不知道他是当今世界上最聪明的化学家。
根据根岸英一家人发出的声明指出，82岁的根岸英一，在事发当天开车要到洛克福德机场，但车子却失控撞到路边的壕沟，当时车子已经卡住无法开动，根岸英一应该是想要走路去寻求援助。家人表示，根岸堇生前患有帕金森氏症。警方13日在附近垃圾掩埋场，发现了车祸车辆，而车内的根岸堇已经死亡。警方初步排除这起事件为犯罪行为。

钯催化偶联反应，好像以前学有机化学的时候有讲过，很成熟的东西了,跟物理奖颁发
给新兴领域形成对比哈。这年头化学奖不是搞生物的，就是做催化的，学科不均衡哈。
获奖者都是30后的老头了，值得八卦的是Negishi于1935年出生于中国长春，当年日本侵略军统治东

I noticed that there is a mistake on your website for the introduction of
the prize winner Ei-ichi Negishi
As a Chinese, especially I was born in the Northeast part of China, I need
to point out that Changchun was never a part of Japan, and it was kind of
occupied by Japan Militarism. The following introduction to his birthplace
is absolutely misleading and not showing any respect to the history, which
should be corrected immediately. Thanks. |
