会不会说高了，人家就不会给offer了，说低了自己就吃亏了

么的都推荐要negotiate offer。对方给的薪水不好也不坏，直接接了也能过活。我只
有一年经验，担心一negotiate把对方惹毛直接offer撤了，暂时又只拿到这一个offer

很感谢大家的参与讨论，尤其感谢zengqinghan哥有理有据的分析建议，我纠结了几番
之后，第二天终于鼓足勇气发出邮件nego了，先是热烈表达了对这个offer的感激和十
分想去的意愿，然后礼貌的询问有没有讨价的空间。hm很nice的没有trick我，直截了
当说可以，问我要多少。我报了个比较高的数字，因为知道对方会还价。过了一个周末
hm回了counter offer，比较接近我报的数字，我欢天喜地的接了下来。再次感谢大家

reduces the price of your house, he will probably end up reducing the price
of every property in that neighborhood. Instead, they will hold the list

知道自己会不会得到offer,所以就听听而已,心里其实不怎么满意
8月底得到口头offer,我找他们要正式的offer,同时写信问HR(cc给招人的老板),最终的
薪水是多少,hr没有回答.我也就没再问.
今天收到了正式offer,果然是42.就写信过去问老板可不可以nego.同时信里也提到我拿
到的有别的国家的offer,两倍于这个42,想着就算他不match一下,涨个一两千也好啊.结
果老板好像还挺生气,说我为啥不早问,搞得好像我欺骗他感情了似的.事实上今天offer
才到,我也还没签字.他们也还没帮我办签证,就是发了一张有HR头头签字的纸.
我本想着好好商量下,结果那个老板发信回来还说,如果你做postdoc就能拿到84,那我强
烈建议你去blabla,还说,我们对待这个很认真,你看人家hr头头都签字了,我们这个费了
很多事,你结果现在来问可不可以涨薪水blabla,搞得好像是我小人反复.

不过很多地方难招到合适的人,可能会拖久一点,逐个一一interview
审批是有环节,但有没offer应该当天(所有interview完成后)就知道,他可以informally
