发帖数: 1736 | 4 挺郁闷的. 主要觉得buyer agent除了带看房子外, 在价格negotiatio方面也起不到多
大作用. 买房方面也不能提供一些positive的建议.经管不是我们付buyer的辛苦费, 不
过这个有没有buyer agent也不会对好的deal起到积极的作用. |
