have living next door.
Cast members of MTV’s Jersey Shore were named the least-wanted neighbors of
the year – for the second consecutive year. The survey is conducted by

. I opened my door and looked around and did not notice anything. Half hour
later, when I was watering my garden and saw a bamboo stick (3ft long, 1/2-3
/4'' diameter) lying on the ground. I went back and checked my security
camera and saw the stick flied from my neighbor's backyard. the stick was

Don't know if anybody experienced this before. My neighbor's tree is growing
into our yard, which is not an issue for itself, but some part is pushing
my tree and my tree is showing the sign of dying. I asked tree company to
take a look, they said we need to trim back neighbor's tree and trim cost is
on us as customary. Any if my tree grow into my neighbor's yard they need

records are traffic violations, but there is one "traffic criminal". I
looked at the details "Leaving Acc/Unattended Vehicles" and it looks like
the neighbor had a "hit and run"? but it's pretty strange that he was not
put into jail!
Fortunately the neighbor is not violent yet, but I have a concern that he

back before it is too late and keep your bottom lines, you are fine.
do not over react, emotional reactions can cause damages. there are good
neighbors and bad neighbors, you just happened to have a bad one, it is sad,
but do not make it worse, solve the problem on the table. |

1. I don't like pet. While your neighbor's dog may not bark at night, it will
bother them more than you.
2. If it is a latino or black neighboor, I will think twice because they tend
to party a lot.(潜意识)
3. You can't complaint to association. I doubt if they will do anything for u.
4. If they are relatives from out of state, it will be fine, because they only
come once a while.(check their license plates). However if they are local, |

type of issues, do I have to be responsible for that?
also if we offer to trim the tree on their side(since cannot do on our side)

Her daughter is 3 yr old, and she strongly recommended me to attend the same
public preschool as her daughter.
I did some research on this school, it had a free lunch % as high as 75.
The enrollment was mainly offered to low-income family, and regular income
family has to enter the waitlist.
I wanted to tell her how bad this school is,
and recommended her daughter leave.
Should I do this or just let her go. |
