白的PTM比例不大,western一般看不到。建议sumo1/2/3和蛋白共转,后面的检测相当
于co-ip。Lysis的时候记得加NEM,保护sumo修饰。 |

做label,这组实验我们是打算作为一种“indirect”验证方法的,因为我这个蛋白有
两个subunit,一共好几十个Cys,如果用手工的方法来找,真心太麻烦了,现在有不少
检查二硫键的软件可以使用,但是其accuracy和precision还真的有些难说。

Nanotechnology deals with length of sub micron, mostly
around the scale of 1 -100 nm.
People do MEMS because their fabrication facility have
already been outdated, and can no longer to catch up the

Nanotechnology requres the state of the art equipment except
the areas that utilize the natural chemical or biological

endo is more like PCP, not making as much as cards/GI/pulm or nem/onc, i
think most time they actually have to share profits with endo. when i was
doing my resdiency, couple of endocrinologists quit and opened their own
practice because cards/GI were giving them hard time because of the profit

For electronic device, people can not control chirality of tube yet. some of
tube is metallic. Even for semiconducting tubes, properties are different.
NEMS is for basic research only.
