发帖数: 44 | 8 今天得知了step3的成绩，210+，心里的石头终于落下。终于轮到我给USMLE说再见了。
回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
模拟：考前2月，NBME 1 190+, 考前1周，NBME 2 220+;

发帖数: 38 | 10 终于结束了第一年作为intern的生涯，在即将开始变成第二年senior时候，杂七杂八写
下一年来的经历，希望给后来者有帮助。
在接到match结果之后，如果还没有考完step3， 建议在这个时候考完，因为第一年还
是很紧张的。而且很多的program要求在第二年结束之前考完，否则没法升三年级。
我们的program是在六月初就开始了培训。主要就是互相认识，各种team building的活
动，potluck。通常在自我介绍的时候，大家在一起，说说为什么选这个专业，或者有
关于自己的有趣的事情。针对儿科，另外一块在orientation的时候要做的事情就是把
pals （pediatric advanced life support） ， nals（neonatal advanced life
support）的证书拿到。这个program会组织，通常是大半天的事情，把CPR那一套搞熟
悉，最后5-6一个group，每个人都要做leader run一个code blue。虽说是orientation
，但大家对你的印象也就在那个时候慢慢积累，这是很好的交朋友的时候。

BORING 不是L&D 的缺点,护士工作12小时,能有这么一段"BORING"时间让你放松一下,不
是很好吗?
不是所有的POSTPARTUM 护士都会向带你的那个护士在床边站整整40分钟的,如果MOM
BREASFEEDING 有问题,我们会叫 LACTATION CONSULTANT 帮她们.
产后护士一点应注意的是,虽然说CARE 3-4 个病人,但实际上是6-8个,包括BABY,有的时
候BABY 比MOM 要难HANDLE,记的一次我FLOAT 到MB FLOOR,一个BABY 吐奶,我人为是正
常现象,但一个老护士告诉我,他如果再这样,就要送NICU (NEONATE ICU).
总的来说,如果你热衷于哪一科或哪一职业,就象你热恋一样,你就看不到他的缺点,你会
全心投入 :-)
