开的夜店内一起为川普20日的就职宣誓举进行庆祝。他们希望川普的就职将会使美俄两

很多俄罗斯人及外籍人都观看了俄罗斯美籍歌手及作词家托卡列夫（Willi Tokarev）
的新歌“Trumplissimo America!”。
在俄罗斯，川普热正在升温。在距莫斯科120英里的Tula小镇尤为突出。在那里，一家
旅馆已经以美国的新总统命名，餐厅还提供和川普有关的菜谱。
甚至在19日晚上，莫斯科的Arbat 13地区还有川普乐队在表演。

自1992年以来，民主党党纲中都明言“耶路撒冷是以色列首都”。以往竞选纲领同时指出，民主党代表认为“耶路撒冷是最终地位谈判的事。它应当是一座不可分割的城市，对信仰各种宗教的人开放”。但4日的民主党纲领中，仅重申了“美国对以色列安全不可动摇的承诺”，提及民主党奥巴马执政3年多来援助以色列100多亿美元，用于建造“铁穹”导弹防御系统，但却完全不见了“耶路撒冷是以色列首都”的字眼。这样的党纲吓坏了奥巴马，因为在美国究竟由谁做总统，可能得有犹太裔说了算。

1. 制裁俄罗斯
奥巴马的行动：奥巴马发誓要让俄罗斯的网络入侵行为付出代价，美国一直指责俄罗斯在美国大选期间入侵美国的网络，试图干扰美国大选。对此，奥巴马已经要求政府准备一份报告，在自己离开白宫前能够“坐实”俄罗斯的不法行为，并且加大制裁力度。目前奥巴马已经驱逐了35位俄罗斯外交官，而且还准备对5家企业和6位个人进行新的制裁。
特朗普的回应：特朗普在佛罗里达州接受采访的时候认为，国家和一部分共和党人如麦凯恩（John McCain）对于这种“摩擦”（chafe）太过于敏感了。这种事情就应该“放到一边去”（Get over it）。
特朗普还说：“我们应该继续自己的生活。我觉得电脑把我们的生活搞得太复杂了，所有人都在电脑时代显得不知所措。我们有很多事情需要加速去做，所谓的安全不是特别重要。我目前还没有和议员们谈论过这件事情，但是我相信很快就会过去的。”
