关联上。
2、add money to paypal from my checking account
3. from my paypal, transfter money to my netspend account
是不是这样就算做ACH但是没有手续费了？

以用你的外部银行向Brinks转钱，然后在转到netSpend。 |

I basically opened up the standard pay-as-you-go account and then loaded
some VR cards in (though the OPs ACH will work as well). Over the first 3-6
months I loaded a few thousand of VRs at least. At one point I got a warning
(or might have even been a temporary freeze) from Netspend, so I
discontinued any VR activity.
Anyway, after my first $500 I got upgraded to Premier - they sent me the new

netspend account就block住了，不过客服还没打通。后来google了一下，发现这些公
司网上很多评价都很烂，客服也就算了，有人说很难把钱拿回来， 经常为难客户，随
意冻结账户，有人帐户余额无故清零之类的， 感觉有点不安全。 想问一下各位长期玩
这个的大侠，究竟真实经历是怎么样的，有没有什么东西是要特别小心留意的。 谢谢

如果netspend, brinks, ace elite, WU prepaid都load上5000 saving,两个ssn8个4万
块，万一被锁会不会很麻烦。 网上对netspend metabank的complain好像不少。 |

如果在enroll netSpend或Brinks的Savings账号时，在W9 certification那步怎么都过
不去，老是被提醒："If you are subject to withholding by the IRS we will NOT
be able to open new savings account for you"，这说明你忘了同意E-Sign
Disclosure and Consent，在同意E-SIGN后，就可以通过这一步了，继而开Savings账
号了。 |

是不成功。Netspend昨天收到trial deposits，但验证的时候总是显示：
This external account is already linked to your Schwab account. Contact a

联系了几次客服，说法都不一样。昨天说是我验证太快了，他们的数据还没有准备好，
今天说现在Charles Schwab不能连接MetaBank的帐号。各位有没有这方面的成功或者失

到premier account了。以前是只有premier account才可以开5% interest的savings
account，不知道现在还有没有这个要求，如果还有，要上NetSpend要赶在1/22/2016之
前上了，不然就晚了。

cobranded）帐号不超过3个，激活不激活第二张卡没啥关系。
以前brinks是要DD $500升级后才能开savings，不清楚brinks现在还要不要DD升级开
savings。但是以前DD可以用bank的ACH来做，现在条款有变：To qualify for the
Preferred Fee Plan, your Card Account must receive qualifying direct
deposits of paychecks and/or government benefits totaling at least $500 in
one (1) calendar month。看来它们要真的DD了。
但据说netspend和其它的cobranded帐号都不需要DD就可以开savings了，所以应该没影

后，钱从支票的账户上扣了。但是又过了几天，收到email说check没有approve，所以
不会往我netspend 账户上存钱。不批准就不批准把。可是又过了几天，发觉没有把从
支票帐户上扣的钱给退回来。打了ingo 的客户电话，先是说他们没批准支票，所以没
扣钱。我说我银行账户钱都扣了。反复了几次。最后说他们正在调查钱到底在哪。现在
还是个不明不白的情况。
请问有人遇到个这个情况吗？是怎么解决的？ |

转到了其他银行的账户里。最后选择了close account。
结果几天后收到两个email，一个说"There may be a problem with your netspend
card, please call ...."，另一个说“$9.63 available, ($9.63) in savings,
after savings withdrawal of $9.63 on 03/12/2018 ...."。
可是这时online account ID 已经没法登录了，该怎么办？为什么saving 有 $9.63
available， 却是负balance? |
