发帖数: 1940 | 4 别想那么复杂，只要基因相互作用有新颖性，很容易发表，4-5分的烂杂志有很多。比
如neurite outgrowth的实验想复杂也复杂不了，无非就是转染后看看neurite length,
growth cone什么的。做癌症方面也很简单，在癌组织里看看表达，在细胞系里看看联
系，关键就是A调节B这个新颖性 |

发帖数: 124 | 6 最近在培养neuron，今天是第四天，发现很多细胞聚集在一起，中间的看起来分化得也
不好，neurite很短，如图所示。请高人鉴定一下，这些是不是neuron？可能是什么原
因造成的？我是从E18 mouse embryo分离的neuron，用波片倒扣在astrocyte
monolayer上培养。medium用的是neurobasal+B27。谢谢！ |

染一下，测测神经突长度，只要A REGULATE B的story发个四五分的不成问题

发帖数: 1 | 12 最近查询文章，发现跟帕金森病相关的LRRK2研究一个有趣现象，其中有一篇是现任北
理工的庆宏教授发表的LRRK2能够直接结合a-Synuclein并且磷酸化Serine-129位点。
但是后续大量的综述讨论的时候提到他这篇文章时说this is the only one paper
show LRRK2 can phosphorylate S129-synuclein。我看他发表的这篇BBRC已经被引用
快超100次了，如果文章的结论有问题，那岂不是严重阻碍了关于LRRK2-G2019S的研究
