美国佛罗里达州的“全儿童医院”的外科医生开始临床试验评估肖氏手术
美国佛罗里达州的全儿童医院 (ACH) 开始了一项临床研究来对一个治疗脊柱裂和脊髓
损伤后神经源性膀胱有着很大成功希望的的外科手术进行评估。
这个开始于3月份由医学伦理委员会通过历时3年的双盲试验将包括脊柱裂或脊髓损伤的
患儿。在8个儿童中有7个患先天性的脊柱裂并正在接受脊髓栓系松解术；有一半的病人
同时进行了肖氏手术并正由全儿童医院的医生进行评估。第8个病人的膀胱功能障碍是
因为在新生儿阶段手术摘除一个脊髓肿瘤造成的。这个患儿只接受了肖氏手术。
肖氏手术是由中国同济医学院的协和医院泌尿科主任肖传国医生发明的。 这个由美国

但是邪教教徒不会看到结论是手术有效，不会看到没有长期的并发症，不会看到如果从
来，
7人中有6人还会选者手术。
因为邪教教主是病人的大便，说你拉不出来就拉不出来。拉出来邪教教徒也可吃掉。

十几年前，原华中科技大学教授肖传国在国外声称其发明的“肖氏反射弧手术”能够治
愈脊柱裂（脊膜膨出）和截瘫患者的大小便失禁，成功率高达85%，是中国各大医院都
在做的常规手术，引起了美国、德国、丹麦等国外一些医生的兴趣，2005年起开始在肖
传国的指导下做肖氏手术临床试验。2010年，我和方玄昌因为揭露肖氏手术骗人的实质

surgery for spinal bifida or other neurogenic bladder, which is apparently
not.
Actually this surgery works better for UMN injury, according to a recent
report. It makes much sense in neuroscience. |

发帖数: 783 | 23 CHTP 主要开发的神经类药物 Droxidopa 是用来治疗Neurogenic Orthostatic
Hyptension (NOH). Droxidopa 早在90年代就被日本用来治疗这类神经性疾病。
CHTP 主要进行2个phase III trial 301和302，去年9月份 302 结果出来，大家很失望
，导致股价暴跌。但其实这个trial不能算完全失败，觉得主要失败原因归结于trial的
设计。将要出结果的301的设计比302更容易体现药物的疗效。
CHTP在302 trial最后结果不理想的情况下，成功和fda 讨论并修改301trial 的
endpoint，并且增加一个trial 306（306已经在6月底开始）。
目前301 trial 已经完成enrollment，结果预期在9月份出来。
药物的有效性在已经完成的几个trial中都显示出来了，安全性没有什么问题，主要是
trial的设计问题。 |
