建议: 对于无故殴打，恶意伤害，抢劫，纵火，强奸等等暴力犯罪，可以对犯人进行阉
割。
执刑过程: 1.人道卫生而专业，打麻药手术，手术费又犯人承担。
2.根据罪行可以决定摘除几颗睾丸，如果割掉两个睾丸之后再犯，可以再摘除一颗肾。
3.再犯，就摘除一半肝，摘下的器官捐献给需要移植器官的病人。
Philosophy:
1.暴力罪犯,要让他们的体力变弱,这样可以控制他们的反社会性和兽性.
