首款产品——传统动力版萨博9-3终于缓缓驶下生产线。“现在生产的是测试车，批量
生产要在今年年底了。届时将恢复(双班)生产，车子会在欧洲和中国同步销售。”NEVS
内部人士告诉《华夏时报》记者。近日，NEVS已经在着手续签供应商的工作，计划将在
10月底完成400家供应商签约以及部件采购的工作。
现在的NEVS不再是“中日联盟”，亦不再是其标榜的那样专注于电动车的生产，而
落地青岛的事宜正在逐步推进中。NEVS的CEO蒋大龙在接受本报记者独家采访时首次确
认，NEVS倾向于以其他车企合作的方式获得在青岛的生产资质。
时至今日，蒋大龙的这盘棋局将如何走？
萨博复产
虽然在“劫杀”萨博后，NEVS表示只关注新能源车领域。但收购成功仅仅数月之后
，蒋大龙便确认会在瑞典投产萨博传统车型。这一度让业内看不清NEVS的走向。
时隔一年半之久，萨博汽车位于瑞典特罗尔海坦生产基地终于传出了萨博9-3下线
的消息。“我们希望到2016年，销量能够达到12万辆。运往中国的车将会在青岛入港，
再分散到各地。”上述内部人士透露。

在大陸新疆的維吾爾自治區，大部份的居民都信仰回教。一般來說，回教徒是不喝酒的
，但由於漢人移居日漸增多，維吾爾人開始被同化，因此新疆的維吾爾族，成為世界上
少數飲酒的回教徒。
新疆首府烏魯木齊，當地大部分居民都是信仰回教的維吾爾人。但自從中共建政後，大
陸政府鼓勵漢人移民，以穩定新疆局勢，結果卻造成維吾爾人的生活，漸漸被漢化，其
中最明顯的轉變，就是這裡的回教徒可以飲酒。
新疆啤酒廠建立於1978年，年產量高達7萬噸，其中只有2000噸外銷。啤酒廠的廠長表

感觉良好的ZENN公司与宣称拥有超级电容技术的EEStor公司，通过技术建立合作，
试图打造出一个能够改变世界的产品，但困难重重。
2009年9月，加拿大电动车制造商ZENN宣布放弃之前的战略，不再量产可以在高速
公路上行驶的纯电动汽车。而去年此时，他们正与加拿大政府对簿公堂，为这类电动车
争取上高速公路的权利。
这是ZENN创办以来战略调整最大的一次。ZENN公司创办者、CEO安·克利福德
（Ian Clifford）说："2008年，电动汽车产业发生了巨大的变化，我觉得我们的业务
模式不应该局限于销售和生产电动车。"新计划是，未来ZENN不再进行电动车量产的开
发工作，而是与更多的主机厂联系，推广自己的电动动力总成技术--ZENNergy，以超级
电容EESU为核心动力。《汽车商业评论》认为，这是一个令人有些沮丧的局面。
