问题是电源让我联系生产厂商。然后我说我不喜欢了，退一半钱都行，结果就同意我退
了。
问题是我自己花钱寄过去说我没有把原来的盒子给寄回去，所以不能给退。

去年在newegg上买了unlocked的手机之后，收到newegg的广告，说有一个Accidental D
amage Handling的保修服务($59.99)，承诺五天修好，否则退款。买了之后才发现不是
newegg提供的，而是一家叫service net的公司提供的。
今年8月份手机摔了，屏裂了，联系service plan，花了一周的时间人家才create ship
ping label。然后这个label不能自己打印，花了一周的时间把shipping label寄到家里
，自己装盒把手机寄到一家叫lifetimeservice的公司维修，他们用的是ups ground，路
上花了一周。网上可以查维修状态，他们花了一周时间确定修不了，显示返厂，用了三

发帖数: 21830 | 19 newegg的很多东西比local的frys的价格还高，比如当年2TB的硬盘刚出来的时候，
newegg要200多，还是bare drive, frys卖retail kit才180多，加上10%的tax都比
newegg便宜。
newegg很多东西是不能退的，而且即使能退也有15%的restock fee. 比如手机，比如很
多笔记本，但价钱一点都不便宜，不要说比amazon,就是J&R这种没有restock fee,随便
退的店一样。有时候碰到deal, J&R比newegg都便宜，比如当年ASUS的1005HA就是J&R
便宜很多。
newegg唯一吸引人的地方就是shipping比较快，而且很多比较少见的DIY配件，如果你
的机器突然出了问题，又急需某些配件的话，newegg是首选。
其他的，我老一般先看frys的价格。即使是硬盘壳，frys都不会比newegg贵多少。 |

tigerdirect上对比了很久，newegg和tigerdirect的价格相差无几，但是newegg上说
warranty是 3-year，tigerdirect上说是 1-year。然后就在newegg上下单了。
拿到手后去WD的网站上注册了一下，发现warranty只有一年，然后就去newegg上再去看
看产品介绍，结果发现warranty改回 1-year了。
今早给newegg打电话，打到supervisor那边，居然跟我说下次下单前take a screen
shot。
WTF！！！
