，房租每月$900，电费与网络费用三人平摊，另外在入住时有一个半月的押金（$1350
）。室内自带洗衣机和烘干机，另外由于处在整个大楼的一楼，所以我们拥有属于自己
房间的小花园，花园正对Hudson河，景色极好。而且房间的挑高将近4米，这在美国的
公寓楼里面是不常见的。楼里面有24小时的非常友好的门卫，更有免费的健身房和露天
的游泳池（夏天开放），还有一片bbq的区域。这个building距离path站步行需要8分钟
左右，我们现在有两个人，都是NYU的PHD学生，都不吸烟，不养宠物。我们希望你是一
个易于相处的人，最好也不要抽烟，不要养宠物。入住时间9月10号以前。
附：newport是纽约周边非常好的一个区，居住的都是学生和上班族，周围治安好，即
使在深夜也是非常安全的，环境干净整洁，楼下就有非常漂亮的很长的在河边的木栈道

5分钟到PATH，可过江直达曼哈顿下城或中城，金融届人士的最佳位置选择。
Newport区域唯一一栋有室内洗衣机/烘干机/抽油烟机的公寓楼。
790sqft，厨房客厅宽敞，有walk-in closet，整体空间利用很充分。
房间密封性很好，冬天每月至少节省100刀暖气费。（亲身体验）
与大部分其他Newport公寓楼不同，这栋楼里没有咖喱味：）
附近生活安全舒适，绝大部分居民都在金融界工作。

I have a studio for rent in Newport area. The studio is about 680sq, north
facing, with bamboo floor and washer & dryer inside. The condo building is

It takes about 15min to walk to the Newport path station. The condo building
provides shuttle service to and from Newport/Exchange Place station in the
AM and PM multiple times.

去newport地铁站需步行约10来分钟。每天早晨和下午楼里都会有shuttle多次去
newport/exchange place车站接送住户，平常的commute非常方便。

哈德逊河边海景房Studio，本人短期回国，所以出租。大型小区、安全整洁 （居住都

Condo 位于Newport和Exchange Place的PATH站之间，5-8分钟可步行到任意Station（
冬天上班时间门口有免费小巴到Newport PATH）。轻轨车站也就在楼下转角。 步行5分

灯，装修很新。现欲从三月开始转租该卧室（lease due to end of AUG），价格为
1050/月，网费电费不含在内。这栋楼是newport and exchange place 区域最好的楼盘
之一，绝对不同于其他印度人聚居的楼盘，同楼其他楼层均价在1300~1400。
Features：
1；室内自带洗衣机烘干机，极为方便
2；楼内自带健身房，台球桌，乒乓球台，棋牌室，室外游泳池，bbq凉亭，这在马上就
