我现在住的一套房子，租期到8.31，但我想7.31号转出。
合约要从今年8月1号开始签（1年起租），租金每月约1600。租金从8月1日起算。您是直
接通过公寓管理办公室的签约租房，不是通过我个人。
房子位于Boston, newton，Langley路上的公寓，3楼，独立1厅1卧室1卫生间1厨房的公
寓，650平方英尺左右。这里这样一居的房子并不多。很多不得不租两居。
公寓距Wegmans超市步行5分钟，Star超市步行15分钟，离一些购物及娱乐中心很近，在
步行距离内。另外靠近9号公路，附近有Chestnut hill mall（步行10分钟）。靠近BC、
BU、BI，步行15分钟可乘坐免费班车（LMA Shuttle）上下班到BI（哈佛医学院），步行

90南边，Newton center附近环境非常好，房价高出一截。但也得看location，parker
st.两边的房子就不行，靠近大路，太吵，卖不上价。两边胡同里的都不错。Newton
highland环境就差了，破烂，房子布局乱，不舒服。Elliot，也还行吧。离地铁近才值
钱！！Newton再往南离地铁远的房子就不大招人喜欢了。
90北边，没有地铁，有铁路。靠铁路100m以内的房子都不值钱，太吵。太远的交通不便
，只能坐汽车，难受。中间一条带环境超好，交通便利，设施完善。火车其实比地铁舒
服，速度快，准时，但是票价贵。
Lexington就别提了，除非在那里工作。在Boston工作的话，坐车开车都恶心。 |

，toddler的两个班教室有些小，Toddler one 现在只有5个孩子，3个老师，有一个中
国老师。
有Part time. 你家要是孩子小，安全性应该比较高。我之前去看了 Newton
montessori School，设施比这个要好的多，老师也看着更专业一些。
另外一些我还在看的，

以。newton linwood park那里附近倒是看见有几个来探亲带孩子的中国老人，好像那
边中国人多一些，不过交通就没有West newton 火车站这边方便。 |

south Waltham is one of the trouble area in Middlesex county. one of my co-
workers was stopped at gun-point on main street in Waltham couple years ago.
North Waltham is closer to Lexington, much nicer.
I don't know too much about west Newton, but I would prefer to live either
Waban or newton center if I choose to live in Newton. |

个候选的：newton，sharon，natick。newton很贵，学区很好，上班作地铁绿线D到
back bay（40分钟？）sharon只比newton便宜一点，上班commuter rail30分钟车程，
还算方便，学区也很好；natick便宜不少，3个卧室的能便宜好几百块钱，学区也还不
错，上班commuter rail 30-40分钟车程。
我们家两个孩子一个5岁一个2岁，很想找中国人/中国孩子多的地方，这样希望有年龄
相仿的小孩子可以一起玩，请大家建议建议，处于这样的考虑，newton，natick，
sharon那个比较合适一些？多谢啦！ |

应该挺靠谱的。怎么今天听说Newton的学校上学下学时间特别不合适，下的特别早，然
后要么早早接回来，要么给娃弄after school，但是也得大人大中午的接送？难道公立
学校上学下学的时间还不一样吗？Newton这么多的中国人都是怎么解决的呢？我做博后
，起码也得5点以后才能下班接娃，天天中午去接娃送课外班也不现实啊。 |

分享Newton的Superintendent 的一封信，具体说了哪几所小学近几年会要整修。
总结一下：目前在修Angier,今年年底修完；之后几年修Zervas和Cabot.修的时候要暂
时搬学校到swing zone. 这些是确定了的。
如果拿到资金，今后要搬和修的: Lincoln-Eliot（2019搬到修好的Aquinas）；Horace
Mann(2019搬到修好的Carr)。

发帖数: 951 | 29 1. Brookline和newton都合适，有一个巨大的前提，就是一定要在绿线沿线上。D线跑
的相对最快，也是到newton的唯一一条线。newton虽然距离远，但地铁上大概也就多花
10-15min单程，没有本质区别，上车早还可能有个座位。但是，市场不是傻瓜，既然和
brookline比没大区别，房价也没大区别。牛顿非常大，靠近绿线沿线的，尤其newton
center附近，根本不比brookline便宜多少。一些偏远地区，房价能跌出去一半不止。
很多必须考虑学区又实在没钱的，是在D线最最底站附近找房子，看地图就知道，那个
挺远的。
不太推荐arlington，但也不是不能接受，很多人开车停到alewife，再换红线进城。直
接开到downtown，我看难度很大。你可以问问同事是否有什么羊肠小道可以绕。但关键
是那条河往那一横，你总不能飞过来，过河是件超级痛苦的事情。
2. 2/2的房子非常难找，2/1的ok。2800能拿下，不要找特别高大上的。D沿线最好，C
勉勉强强能忍，B是xxxx

NCAA的规则还是比较模糊。但是基本上Newton不能再打了。Auburn这个赛季的成绩多半
也作废了。可惜Newton本来能破多少记录啊。
希望明天球队能排除干扰，在缺少Newton没有正经替补QB的情况下打好和UGA的比赛。
是检验Auburn OC和其他球员成色的时候了。让大家看看Newton是不是Auburn成绩的

我只认为Newton是一个phenomenal football player, 毕竟这是在打football，不是在
选美。Newton也不Perfect。能够给大家献上一场场精彩的比赛就够了。
以前在UFL是有问题，但是年轻人犯点错误是可以原谅的，我们总不能一辈子揪着人家
的小辫子不放。Newton现在能够很开心的在场上打球。我们不能看到他灿烂的笑容还说
人家心里阴暗。他来Auburn之后，用球场的表现自我救赎，还经常到community的小学
里做volunteer. Auburn给了他一个救赎的大舞台，他也reward了Auburn。
不得不说某些Bama饭太鸡肠小肚了，典型的恨人有，笑人无的心态。我们承认你们有辉
煌的六七十年代。我们这个赛季吃顿饺子，你们就整天寝食不安了。

新装修，硬木地板，位于一single house的二楼，有独立门进出，两个很大的卧室均朝
南，另有一个小卧室可作书房，一个sunroom，厨房，饭厅/客厅，厕所，所有的房间都
有窗户，总面积大约1050SF。另有独立带锁的很大的地下室作为储藏室（也有窗户），
内有独立自用洗衣机和烘干机。有两个off street免费趴车位。
月租金$1400+utilities。需要和房东签一年合同，交$1400押金及$700费用（1/2
month rent as realtor fee，和本人无任何关系）。
这个房子离Atrium Mall非常近，BWH医院有shuttle到 850 Boylston Street/Atrium，
