古汉语“疑”声母是指后鼻音“”声母。明朝时候北方话中，这个声母还存在。现
代西北话中仍有该声母，比如：西安人把“我”读作（nge）。其它南方话中仍有该声
母。满清人入关后，华北一代方言中“ng”全部消失，所以这个声母也是北方人学南方
话的一个难点。比如：苏北籍移民发“ng”声母就有困难，常常将“我”读作“
无”，“硬劲”读成“行劲”。由于历史的原因，在旧社会，被称作
“下只角”的低档社区中存在一种“ng”声母脱落，“n、l”不分的苏北腔上海话，这
种“下只角口音”在历史上曾经受到歧视。
吴语的“疑”母字，主要有以下这些常用字：
Ng：五ngr鱼ng。
Nga：牙Nga、外Ngar、捱Nga（辰光）、崖Nga、衙Nga ……
Nge：眼Ngeh、癌Nge、岩Nge、颜Nge、艾Nger、衔Nge（头）……

涝灾害的朝鲜，将紧急提供90万美元规模的援助。
美国务院当天发表声明说，美国国际开发署(USAID)将通过多家非政府机构(NGE)，
将90万美元规模的救灾物资提供给朝鲜江原道和黄海道地区。希望通过本次紧急救援，
表达美国对朝鲜居民安宁的关心。
在朝美时隔19个月，于7月底在纽约举行高级别会谈，就重启六方会谈达成协议之
后，美国这次又公布了对朝援助决定。韩国政府也于8月初向朝提议援助日用品和医药
品等50亿韩元规模的救援物资。因此，本次赈灾援助会否对韩朝对话、朝美对话起到影
响，引人关注。
但也有分析认为，韩朝关系陷入僵局的去年9月，美国也曾提供紧急援助，因此对

2)龙树：(梵音﹕Nagarjuna , 藏音: Klu-sgrub), 大乘佛教开派祖师，佛陀圆寂四百
年后，生于南印度一婆罗门家中，自幼精通密宗四续，显宗三藏等一切经典，以及内外
道术之学，在那烂陀寺出家，法名具德比丘。他不仅是一位哲学大师，而且在医学、天
文学、建筑学、政治学等领域，造诣非凡。另外，他还能将铁石点化成黄金，精通炼冶
术。享年六百多岁。
3)月称菩萨：(梵音﹕Chandrakirti, 藏音：Zla -ba Grags-pa),公元七世纪，佛教
中观派哲学最伟大的导师之一，出身于南印度一婆罗门家族，后出家学习龙树菩萨中观
哲学，担任那烂陀佛教寺院的主持。着有《明句论》，以及龙树菩萨著作的其它释论，
圣天菩萨的四百论释，《入中论》等。开中观应成派哲学的先河。
4)《入中观论》：入中论，(梵音﹕Madhyamakavatara)，月称菩萨所著的一部中观哲学
著作。书中对龙树菩萨的中观思想作了精辟的阐述与补充。

外滩中山东一路5号的老楼是由曾经拥有上海至日本以及长江沪汉间几条航线的“日清汽
船株式会社”（日清洋行）在1921年与一个犹太人合资建造的，故称“日清大楼”。这
个楼是日本近代建筑风格与欧洲复古主义风格的滑稽的混合物。这里后来曾是上海海运
局的办公楼，现由华夏银行和锦都实业总公司使用。在它的七层就是1999年初开业的“
M on the Bund”。它的老板叫Michelle Garnaut，是澳大利亚墨尔本出生的一名专业厨
师，她在1989年在香港中环的艺穗会香港牛奶公司的旧址上开了一家叫“M at the Fri
nge”的餐厅，在香港社交界小有名气。Michelle曾在96年底应邀在和平饭店扒房做过特
聘厨师。当时那里每晚座无虚席，于是她想在外滩自己也开家餐厅。据说她花了半年的
时间才找到了这个日清大楼的顶楼。
“M on the Bund”的“M”显然就是Michelle名字的字首了，餐厅的餐具上也都印
着“M”字样。这个M餐厅好象没有中文名字（尽管有人把它非正式地叫作“米氏餐厅”
，按发音好象更应该 |
