我想问问你觉得什么是NICE呢？
我个人认为有以下几点
１。首先应该是礼貌，会议讨论问题，不打断别人发言，用词客气委婉。
２。耐心叙述自己观点，有必要重复的，就耐心重复。
３。包容不同意见，不提高嗓门争执，不人身攻击
如果如果愿意帮助同事解决问题， 比如讲解同事不理解的PROJECT的某个细节，那就更
NICE。

发帖数: 286 | 13 来SD一周了。这一周过得真快。若是当初选择留在四大，还有三周就可以与老公团聚了。
可是选了辞职，现在每天奔波找工作。周一到周五，天天赶场见recruiter.有些
recruiter还说我四大经验不足一年，其他的只是实习经验。我这情况比较困难，也只
能尽量帮我了。
今天终于有两家公司面试。一个才20人的房地产投资公司，让人不舒服的是还要现场
take excel test。若是考试不好，就没戏了。我考完也就知道自己可以move on 了。
另一个是大broker dealer公司，可是是temporary，且pay rate 比我在四大时低的好
多。
现在天天感叹，虽然在四大累，拿的工资不多，但是心里踏实。现在出来了，看看外面
的世界。别的公司提供的compensation也不见得怎样好。找工作那个难，那个累，一点
都不亚于在四大干活。关键是很迷茫，一下子感觉没了目标。
人这一生，好运气也就那么些。机会来的时候，主动放弃了。以后也就只能遭受痛苦了。

刚去烧了8ecb，本来还要pay 3 cents的，已经slide了卡，但结帐的小二竟然拿了3个
cent，跟我说 I have 3 cents for you.然后就把3cents丢进了收银机，还怕我的卡已
经刷上了，把刷卡机扭过去看，确定没刷上，跟我说ok，have a good day.
小二太nice了，弄的我出了门还没怎么反应过来。。。

过了几周，LOWEST又来电话，要DELIVERY。
我说收下吧，再卖掉，不要白不要（猥琐了，检讨）。
老公说，不要，跟他们说我们收到了。我打电话过去，说了，人家说，"thank you for
being so nice."
BLACK FRIDAY买了个东西，送GIFT CARD 75刀，结果GIFT CARD上没钱。去交涉，结果
人家准备退给我们150，老公说，你们多退了，是应该退75.人家说送了9刀CASH，说"
appreciate you being so nice". 回到家我一看，原来是这东西掉价了（比我们买的
时候便宜75刀），所以退的时候，会显示150（75是退的，75是PRICE ADJUSTMENT），
白白被老公搞没了。

说这几个爱玩dollhouse的女孩不nice。
有时候，我们会觉得abc teen很不礼貌，很有可能是他们已经不习惯和人用中文沟通，
你和他们说中文，他们来不及反应。
还有，小朋友的家长，记得不要乱认哥哥姐姐，这里长大的孩子，连cousin和brother
都分得清清楚楚的，你一个朋友熟人甚至陌生人的孩子，怎么能算弟弟妹妹呢？
哪里都有不nice的人，先不要武断地说别的中国家长没教育好。 |

，经常问一些稀奇古怪的问题。可是路遥知马力，he is really not good at making
jokes and asking questions. LZ之前真的被他问问题要疯了。后来知道，他不仅是对
我，对组里每一个人都问了很多神奇的问题。
下面是他以前问的，如果大家觉得以下内容没啥大不了的，请轻拍，恕LZ少见多怪了。

发帖数: 996 | 49 常常听人在办公室里说什么人NICE，但是什么什么，好像在掩饰他／她对什么人的抱怨。
我想问问你觉得什么是NICE呢？
我个人认为有以下几点
１。首先应该是礼貌，会议讨论问题，不打断别人发言，用词客气委婉。
２。耐心叙述自己观点，有必要重复的，就耐心重复。
３。包容不同意见，不提高嗓门争执，不人身攻击
如果如果愿意帮助同事解决问题， 比如讲解同事不理解的PROJECT的某个细节，那就更
NICE。
可是楼主悲哀的发现，楼主的老板是个没有礼貌，没有耐心，独裁作风的人，问他问题
，他说＂FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF＂。他的优点就是勤快卖力干活，工作态度认真，业
务知识扎实。和他相处真是要技巧啊。 |
