actually a con, this is especially true in the high end market.
When you decide to spend money on renovation, you do it because it will make
the house looks nicer in your opinion. but preferably, you also want to get
some of the money that you invested back when you sell it.
Just keep in mind, if you decide to go with laminate, you may like it
yourself, b/c it is cheaper than hardwood, scratch free, looks nice and etc.

most "no cost" lenders will ask you to pay credit report fee and appraisal
upfront, in the case your loan is rejected, they will not lose money
but if your loan is approved, they will credit these fees back at closing

2, There are always possibility of failed attempts. He/she did not remove
the whole cyst, that is sure. But I bet the consent you signed did not say
this procedure will be a 100% success. I think it is more a communication
problem between the doctor and patients.

Camera. I love it but it is a little too far from home and too many holiday
since it follow county school schedule.
You need to tour the daycare and meet the teacher. She is in motesorri now.
And she is two now. Compare the teachers in church school. Teachers in
church are a little nicer and hold the kids when they need. But motesorri is
a school so they only hold the kid hand and will not hug them.

good rest? My daughter's daycare has really good facilities, teachers are
also super nice. It is really hard to let my daughter have nap during
weekend. But weekday at daycare, she can sleep >2hr.
So maybe find a nicer daycare.
