介绍一下目前自己的情况：
背景：癌症研究，器官移植和怀孕妇女研究。
文章：40+，包括一篇nature communcation，三篇biomaterials，第一作者比较少，只
有两篇中文，两篇英文。
引用：810+，他引400+，二次引用6000左右。
审稿：45+，三篇IF 6.5的，22篇1.48的，其余1.0或更低一点的。
2015年底准备着手办绿卡，看了版上的各大律师，发现一个律师事务所做的广告特别好
，老板还是中国人(多半是二代华人）。还可免费评估。
于是评估了一下，当时文章30+，引用400多点，他们说可以办EB1A，但是当时没有审稿。
我说先办NIW吧，他们说也可，于是签了合同，同时办理NIW和EB1A。
然后于2016年1月交上钱，等了2-3个月，没动静，没有任何人联系我，也没有任何人告
诉我怎么做。
当时找了一些推荐人，其中有thomas starzl（肝脏移植之父），然后给律师打电话，
律师说，你只要照着package做就行了，终于于7-8月份，把他们要求的文件准备好了，

多年来，儿童健康与人类发展研究所（NICHD）一直让“刚出生的猕猴与母亲分离，并
给予它们苦恼，有时甚至是痛苦的经历，以评估它们产生的焦虑和抑郁”。
从2014年9月底到10月底，PETA在主要报纸以及华盛顿哥伦比亚特区的地铁和车站等位
置设置了数百个广告。这些广告声称，NIH花费纳税人数百万美元，通过“将刚出生的
猴子与母亲分离，并利用噪音和假蛇恐吓它们以及让它们沉溺于酒精”，从而使这些猴
子宝宝精神受创伤。PETA表示，该运动致使NIH和国会收到超过15万个电话和邮件。
在给NIH院长Francis Collins的信中，众议员Lucille Roybal-Allard、Dina Titus、

我还看了另外几个所的payline, 大部分都是10以内了，NCI (7), NIAID (8)， NICHD
（5）。其中最让我大吃一惊的是NHLBI， 居然已经缩减到6了。我以前记得这个所还是
稍微容易一点的。 |

NICHD ($1.28B): FY15: pending [FY13 paylines (FY14 never posted): 9th/13th
percentile for established/new-ESI investigators; 7th percentile for R03s &
R21s;
那R21的new investigator 13 percentile 有没有可能被fund呢？还是说按照7th
percentile cutoff，完全没有希望了呢？
现在还能做些什么提高下被fund的可能性么？

发帖数: 279 | 15 代老公来问，刚拿到6月份递的RO1分数，28%，ESI， 上次36%，虽然有所进步，但估计
还是不够啊。
准备statement summary出来后给PO打电话，primary institution是NICHD，网站上说
RO1没有固定的payline，但像这个分数有可能吗？跪求建议怎么和PO商量。
网上查到有种R56是给payline边边上的，有了解的吗？能不能直接向PO询问可能性？
再拿不到估计就要走人了，万分焦虑，恳求牛人的建议。非常感谢！ |

at NIH RePORTER. I searched for active projects/R01 equivalents at NIMH,
NINDS, NIAAA and NIDA. Turned up about 400 projects with the key word
elegans, drosophila or zebrafish. Another 1,500 with mouse. Very
interesting sociology of basic research. I'm glad that you motivated me to
do the search!
I suspect that NIGMS (chemistry), NIBIB (imaging), NEI, NICHD will all

发帖数: 1054 | 26 要写基金，就一个化合物很危险，评审会掐，如果这个化合物体内不行，你怎么继续项
目。而且，这种可能性很高，我也在大学搞药，做个小教授。我自己的化合物，很多体
外很好，都到了皮克级，体内却不行。反倒有些体外活性几百钠克级，体内却不错。
要写基金，优化提高还是很重要的。水溶度，血将蛋白结合这些在体外不怎摸影响活性
，可是体内就有剧烈的改变。这些都可以优化。另外，NCI实在是太困难了，如果这种
肿瘤是小孩子多的，可以换到NICHD试一试。
现在基金太难拿了，每一个都要想的特别透彻。

据说是哪怕看了一个小时,都对孩子的沟通能力有明显的负面影响. 你可以跟我说是民
科, 不过我以前在NICHD的时候, 做ep的专家都特别提醒我, 两岁前不要给孩子看电视.
具体的study&data我不知道, 不过结论很清楚. |
