北京时间5月15日消息,国际足联对外公布将在今年7-9月考察申办2018与2022年世界杯
的9个国家,而最终考察结果将在12月2日正式对外公布。
据悉,此次考察团将由三位成员组成。智利足协主席哈罗德-尼科尔斯(Harold-Nichols)
出任考察团团长,另外两位则是国家足联的要员达利-塔希尔(印尼)和尤尔根-穆勒(德国
),三人均出自中立国家。他们三人通过3个月的考察后,将给国际足联提供一份书面材料
,而这份材料将对决定申办国起到至关重要的作用。
该消息公布后,包括澳大利亚、荷兰与比利时、英国、日本、卡塔尔、俄罗斯、韩国、
西班牙与葡萄牙、美国这9个国家已经向国际足联正式递交了申办书,其中日本、卡塔尔

这绝对不是年度“十佳”“二十佳”之类的，2013年全球一共6000多部新片，我看过的
只是冰山一角而已，很多想看的电影还没有机会看到，如贾樟柯的《天注定》，宫崎骏
的《起风了》等等。所以只是个人的主观选择，但也尽量兼顾各个国家，类型，风格，
题材的电影。希望作抛砖引玉之用，也看到大家心目中的年度十佳二十佳。
先玩个小游戏，没片名没评论，上图先。排名十一到二十的电影。第一个说对片名的我

先来个吓人的，Millennium Park经常搞点现代艺术，这次的有点
吓人。
芝加哥的High Rise, 尽管是冬天，看着还是很不错。

比如，
老一点的kate winslet，中生代的keira knightley，小字辈的emma watson，今年新崛

脚下都有一个痰盂。
说到文明吐痰，自然令人缅怀起毛泽东和邓小平那年代在公开场合的那些御用痰盂。
曾经有一段好长的时间，我以为那些在中南海会客室或人民大会堂的痰盂只作装饰用，
或作为中国人顽强地向外人特别是洋人宣示“以我为主”的天朝傲慢姿态。我相信这些
