Bertrand Russell's section in Western Philosophy History about Nietzsche is
not good. The reason is that Russell disliked Nietzsche and mocked him too
much. If Russell disliked Nietzsche, then he would not spend much time to
study Nietzsche, then he will not know much about him.
One argument Russell brought about Nietzsche is that Nietzsche hated women,
Nietzsche thought they were not qualified to talk about deep things. Russell
seemed to take everything Nietzsche said serious.Instead, Nietzsche

Using Nietzsche's own Apollo/Dionysus classification, Russell the rationalist
would be called as extremely Appolonian. Then it would hardly be surprising
that Russell would find faults with a self-labeled "follower of the
philosopher Dionysus" :-)
P.s. Nietzsche mocked pretty much everybody of his time and before, thus
rendering large parts of his aphorisms (e.g. in Twilight of the Idols) an
unpleasant read.

我个人对overman/superma很是无感。

Nietzsche looks fat actually.
To nail down a relationship with Nietzsche, wisdom should be more important
than face. In Salome's eyes, you can find that extrodinary quality.

I finished reading Hong Long Meng more than 10 times before 12, started
reading Nietzsche, Pascal, and Jung in 13, and so on... The only reason that
I ended up studying math was that I was too good at math ever since the
beginning. I wished to pursuit a study in literature or philosophy, but
couldn't be imaginative enough to pull it off in a college of China. Now it'
s too late talking about this. And yet I'm definitely not the math PhD who
has read the most literature. In graduate school I

Schopenhauer

When Chinese President Hu Jintao comes to Washington this week, there
aren't likely to be many surprises: Hu and Barack Obama will probably
keep their conversation to a fairly regulated script, focusing on trade
and North Korea and offering the expected viewpoints on both. But seen
from a different angle, everything in that c...

1. It is indispensable for our purpose that wars, so far as possible, should
not result in territorial gains: war will thus be brought on to the
economic ground, where the nations will not fail to perceive in the
assistance we give the strength of our predominance, and this state of
things will put both sides at the mercy of our international AGENTUR; which
possesses millions of eyes ever on the watch and unhampered by any
limitations whatsoever. Our inte...
