许还记得所谓“杜克lacrosse强奸”事件。这个Nifong就是利用这个案件，靠挑动种族
矛盾选上DA的。Nifong自己是白人，为了赢得黑人选票，不择手段，制造冤案，挑拨种
族矛盾。最后落了个身败名裂的下场。 |

Zimmerman’s suing NBC, Martin’s parents are (probably) suing Zimmerman —
isn’t it time that someone sued the one actor in this case whose motives
were most provably malign?
Maybe this is a first small step in sending Angela Corey to join Mike Nifong
in disgraced-former-prosecutor obscurity.

稍微总结一下：
2- 问题有一点tricky，因为大多数人或许会只注意大学。其实我问的是“学校”而不
止大学。Carly老巫婆当年还是小辣妹的时候，曾就读于Durham南城的Jordan High
School。
3- Clay是前两年通过American Idol窜红的小帅哥（最近有变老白脸的趋势）
4- Michael Nifong是UNC出身的，刚好几个Duke的公子哥儿撞到他手上，那还能讨得了
好？（玩笑，没有挑起校际争端的意思）。
5- 北卡的变变大概也不少 :) |

对可以导致滥用职权，abuse of discretion. 当然这样的案子是少数，但并不等于不
存在，只要有绝对的权力的土壤. 这也是为什么美国民众对政府普遍性不信任，政府官
员也是人，是人就会 做错事, 不管有意还是无意。
那些专告警察案子的律师的前提是，the government must play fair, 不能违反游戏
规则，这些律师就是在为正义而战吗？他一旦决定接案子，他就有把握能赢，警察及政
府有过错，输就要赔偿，他们自己掏腰包？有保险和纳税人的钱垫背。谁蒙受损失，是

take the shuttle bus. I am not sure of the walking distance, might be 20-30
min. The shuttle bus is free to MU students and staffs.But they serve until
6 pm.
This place is quite near Gerbes, and might be a little bit far from Nifong
Walmart. If you have a bike, life will be easier.
It is reported some robbery or other bad thing happened in University village
from MU police 2008.
