nabla - 题目长短我觉得跟 UW 是差不多的，也常常有一长串的 Laboratory values。
所以我建议可以把常见的 lab values 记住，像是 Na+, K+, Ca2+, BUN, Cr, WBC,
Plt, Glucose。这样扫过去一眼时就可以有个大方向，不用一个一个查，可以节省许多
宝贵的做题时间。
我一般在 UW 做题时都会给自己时间限制，像说一套46道题，做题加对答案控制在两个
小时以内。不过因为我 CK 作的练习题不够多，所以其实真正考试时，作题速度还是不
够快，每次一套题做完时大概只剩五分钟可以检查答案。所以在準备後期时，推荐大家
还是要用计时模式多加练习。我是因为没太多时间準备 CK，所以 UW 除了错题以外只
过了一遍，然後也是用 tutor 模式，所以对时间的掌控其实是可以再加强。
题目的难度则是介於 UW 跟 NBME 之间。UW 虽然偏题有点多，可是看完偏题的答案解
释，还是对增长知识有不少的帮助。
