在水/甲醇的混合溶剂中进行的，聚合产物是凝胶(类似于聚乙烯醇)，试图用cupric
nitrate盐去破坏凝胶，不成；取了一些凝胶出来，用chloroform提取，不成功。没办法
了。
请各位给点建议，多谢~~ |

国内的很多中成药，如地奥心血康、速效救心丸，可能含有扩张冠脉的成分，但没有大
规模、多中心、随机、双盲结果证明它们好。它们的结果，都是些非特异性的标准，如
患者的感觉、ST-T降低了多少、运动耐量降低了多少等等烂东东。
要改善冠心病患者的远期预后，最重要的是抗血小板、冠脉血运重建——这一点，毫不
含糊！
可怕的是，在回扣等利益的驱使下，国内临床上，很多医生把它错误地当作一线用药。
给病人大量用心血康、速效救心丸这些烂东东，严重干扰了冠心病的现代正确治疗。你
知道：心绞痛发作时，十有八次，只要停止运动，都能缓解，这时，医生配合厂家的宣
传，患者服用了心血康、速效救心丸这些烂东东，感觉症状“缓解，有效”——“鸡叫
天亮，鸡不叫天也亮”——“有它也缓解、没有它照样缓解”。问题来了，当患者
STEMI来了的时候，这些烂东东，救不了心——这时，价廉物美的、能真正大大降低ACS
死亡的阿司匹林在哪里？！

toxic. Toxicity of Ni(NO3)2 is just so so. I don't know what you can do with
any lab work if you are afraid of Ni(NO3)2. |

nervous. He even says this chemical will decrease the safety factor (
something similar, a number anyway) of our department! Oops, pressure!
Thank you for your reply, it seems Ni(NO3)2 is not that dangerous.

这几天零星看了些文献, 没时间详细综述，大概的印象如下：
1。“雄激素能增强老年人性欲和性能力”，是肯定的：

2。性活动和心脏病关系的研究，基本都局限在心梗；
3。一般人群中，性活动增加心梗发病率是肯定的，但是relative risk 不高；伟哥服
用者，性活动增加心梗发病率则相对严重，而且大部分没合用nitrate；
（1）没见到老年组的研究。
（2）也没见到雄激素补充者的研究---这一组之所以特殊，在于雄激素低减的患者，基
础代谢水平低，心脏功能相对较弱；突然补充大剂量雄激素，再让他风流快活纵欲无度
，更容易出现机体以至心脏的不适应，所以出现更多急性event。就好比一个监狱里关
了几年的犯人，突然给他大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击三天，然后让他去跑马拉松一样的效
果。
4。ED的两大主要机制：
（1）性激素水平降低，需补充雄激素；
（2）penile blood flow impairment，这种情况补充雄激素无效，需用伟哥治疗。这

試試二陳湯
半夏12克 橘紅12克 茯苓6克 甘草炙4克 生薑七片，烏梅一個，熱服，不拘時候。
(加熱與薑能制半夏之毒，陳皮半夏貴其陳久，則無燥散之患，故名二陳)
二陳湯祛痰、鎮咳、鎮吐、抑制胃液分泌、降低胃液酸度、健胃。主治一切痰飲為病，
或嘔吐噁心，或頭眩心悸，或中脘不快，或發為寒熱，或因食生冷，脾胃不和。
二陳湯出自宋朝官方太平惠民和劑局方，為千古名方，便宜又相對安全(但對特定過敏
患者有可能引起尋麻疹),也可用於治療胃食道逆流引起的咳嗽。
使用注意：本方性偏溫燥，燥痰或純屬陰虛燥咳、血痰，則非本方所宜。

1. 看牙保险给报销么?
参见具体policy。健康保险如无明文提到exception，一般可以认为不报。看病之前，自学一下保险手册的关键条款（有生命危险或疼得天昏地暗者除外）。
2. 看牙咋省钱？
有保险的考虑适当拖延。到下一年可以用新报销额度。
自费买dental insurance：一般premium几百/年，一年最多报销两千，外加
waiting period，所以不一定合算。临时报佛脚的情况就不要考虑了。
dental discount plan：在参加计划的诊所可以立刻打折。比如Aetna Advantage Dental。
收入确实低的，在本地找免费或low cost诊所。这些地方可能有eligibility要求，很多只提供有限服务。

我算着票钱值我多少顿午饭钱的时候，压根儿没想到演唱会就1个小时。即使后来
看到韩国的歌单很短，但估计起来加上说几句话和休息时间也得有俩小时。但是真的一
小时就结束了，在全场大合唱Saturday Nights最high的时候，在一个哥们儿手捧鲜花
冲上舞台欲一亲BA芳泽而被十几个保安围追堵截的时候，演出结束了。没唱Animal
Nitrate，没唱The Beautiful Ones，还有好多别的没唱。据说是被邪恶的文化局禁了。
BA的嗓音低了很多，据说唱The Wild Ones的时候假声没唱出来，但我最伤心的是So
Young。这首我听了无数遍的歌，竟然头一两秒都没反应过来是So Young。音调太低了，
而且开场的鼓声没有了，BA的那句激昂高亢的Because也没有了。但是唱到副歌部分的
