NO3超标， 53mg/l。EPA 的MCL(Maximum Contaminant Level)是10mg/l,州里的是45mg/
l。listing agent 说可以用reverse osmosis system处理。这个是不是只过滤kitchen
sink入水就行了。洗澡，洗衣，浇菜院子就不必了吧。

经进入地下水,那就很可能杀虫剂跟除草剂也进去了,一般水质检验不会检验农药,所以
你不会知道.
RO是可以去除这些东西,但是全屋子的水都用RO不大划算,洗澡水里有一点农药,你觉得
能不能接受,就看你自己了. |

鼻涕的时候每次都有血丝。
昨天去看ent. 是个nurse practitioner.说excoriation to the enterior septum。
然后 silver nitrate caterization。
cauterization之后鼻子流鼻水一下午，估计irratate壁内膜了，今早睡醒觉，开始流鼻
血，暗色鲜血还有clot. 止住了一会又留了，往下滴的那种，而且一吸就一口血。
怎么回事啊？ :(((

刚刚网上做了功课，carrot，spinach，squash之类的会含有较高的nitrates（硝酸盐
），所以建议在水里浸泡1-2小时并换水一两次，然后煮完了以后趁热捞出来，煮的水
不能用，里面含有nitrates，且水凉了以后nitrate会被菜吸回去。
水果里面不含nitrate。
还有说因为储存食物会增加nitrate，所以建议加工了以后马上速冻，或者用速冻的蔬
菜来加工。
对于用速冻蔬菜加工这一条我还有待试验，我们中国人的印象总是新鲜蔬果比较好，速
冻的不知道在营养和口感上会不会有损耗呢。 |

第一个是一个细菌在三种不同的碳源下对于硝酸盐nitrate的去除。实验初始条件都一
样（TOC，nitrate），可是我不知道有什么好的解释可以说明为什么malate做为碳源时
，Nitrate的去除最差.
第二幅图是这个细菌在不同溶液初始碳氮比（succinate）的情况下的nitrate去除速度
和程度。我不知道如何解释为何C/N=4到C/N=5为何最终的nitrate去除效果会有这么大
的一个jump.

order.
N is nitrogen, usually in the form of ammonia and nitrate--but you can't get
ammonia nitrate, since today is 911 and you can make explosives from
ammonia nitrate (Ok City, 1995)
P is for phosphor
K is for potash, or potasium. |

我刚养金鱼一个多月，看了些书和视频，所以还在“学院派”阶段，你的情况完全颠覆
我的“理论知识”。
硝化细菌无法消化nitrate（除非无氧），只能通过换水或者植物消除，这两点你都没
有。但是金鱼也能缓慢的适应高nitrate的环境，但据说是有害的。
你半年换次水的话，强烈的改变了nitrate浓度，虽然金鱼已经适应了高浓度，但还是
应该被shock。
半年换次filter的话，filter可能早就不工作了。所以你的有效硝化细菌都在珊瑚石上。
15G对3条金鱼也算少，一般1inch2G，否则金鱼会生长缓慢，但是内脏却持续增长，从
而生病死亡。
还有金鱼的排泄物都在缸底是吧，半年都在积累吗？
鱼是一直比较积极的找食还是发呆的时间多呢？ |

发帖数: 405 | 27 养水真是一个需要耐心的活。 nitrite 这一个星期一直徘徊在0.25-0.5ppm左右。 直
到昨天才降到0ppm. 准备再养两天再换水， 让菌落稳定下来。现在水质的参数是：

pH: 7.8-8.0
ammonia: ~0 ppm
nitrite: ~0 ppm
nitrate: 40ppm
calcium: 400ppm
phosphate: 0ppm
KH:6-7
temperature: 79F
salinity: 1.024
add ammonia every day to rise its concentration to 1-2 ppm.
KH值有点低， 应该在8-12之间， 不知道是不是因为还在cycle还是加了盖子的原因，
准备看看到时候换水能不能恢复。
由于用的是dry rock和蒸馏水, 水里硅和磷含量几乎没有， 估计爆褐藻的几率应该很
小。
现在主要的问题是如何减少nitrate含量。dry rock里厌氧菌的积累是很缓慢的， 估计

发帖数: 124 | 28 养鱼其实事情很多，不是随便就能养的。我做过一些功课，在这里介绍一下。
1)首先鱼缸，鱼缸越大，相对来说换水时间越少，因为水质相对稳定。但是不是越大越
好。因为房子很多是木质地板，鱼缸太重对房子不是好事。一般的说法50加仑之内放在
边墙位置不太会有问题。再重的话，就需要考虑了。
2)过滤。通常用24小时永远转的机械式过滤器。过滤是提供一定氧气循环的重要环节。
另外，鱼缸里的用来分解有害化学成分的有益细菌主要就生活在过滤网附近。所以过滤
器不仅必要，还有一个要点：过滤网除非是破到不能用了，不要更换；更换过滤网也不
要两张网一起换掉。(不要听店里人瞎说)
3)测水试剂。测水试剂是养鱼必备要素。买一套API freshwater test kit可以用好久
，也可以随时知道你鱼缸里的鱼活得好不好。一个星期测一次足够（除非水质出现问题
需要跟踪）
4)砂石。从petsmart买些砂石铺满底部。砂石可以让有害垃圾暂时存在底部，减少对水
质的影响。砂石也可以存留少量有益细菌。
5）开缸养水。鱼缸先要养好水才能养鱼。可以正常养鱼的水，里面需要养好足够的有

But if you are on private water, better not. One of the neighbors got high
nitrate (not over threshold yet), and they are wondering aloud how could

因为娃有点湿疹，不是很严重，所以这个单子比较保守一点（除了蛋黄，因为我娃体重
偏低还厌奶，辅食还接受的好一点，所以就斗胆在六个月的时候加了蛋黄补充蛋白质的
摄入。过敏体质的娃可以考虑更推迟一些。）加注了“必须有机”的是化肥杀虫剂残留

金鱼。
是的，金鱼温柔敦厚，见人摇尾巴，从人手里吃食，有的任人抚摸，能活十几年。
形态各异，颜色丰富，憨态可掬。
而且维护简单，就是每周换水，每月换滤片，有时间陪它们就行。
养鱼其实不久，家有三条分别叫 Bumblebee the Common, Ladybug the Fantail, Nasa
the Oranda，为儿子女儿我在另一个空间的投影。斗胆分享下拥有身心健康的金鱼的
十条撇步。
1. fish tank
一寸鱼两加仑缸。除去尾巴，如果一条鱼2寸，三条鱼的话就12加仑，不能再小了。因
为鱼会根据缸的大小控制自己的大小，但内脏会持续成熟，缸太小鱼就撑死了。如果不
想鱼被束缚在狭小的空间里，就象鸡场里的可怜的鸡，鱼缸得是3倍鱼长的宽，2倍鱼长
的厚，1.5倍鱼长的高，那么就是9倍的鱼长的立方。成熟的鱼大概会8寸到12寸，所以
40加仑左右的缸大概是必须的。水缸越大，水质越稳定，越容易保持鱼健康。

新的鱼缸一定要先 cycle 你的鱼缸才能养新的鱼。 cycle 鱼缸可以用
便宜的 feeder fish. 我们家附近的鱼店有出租 Daniel fish 给你 cycle
鱼缸用的，cycle 完了可以退。警告，任何鱼养了一段时间都不舍得的。
我那几条 daniel fish 也严重犹豫了半天要不要按照计划退。 cycle 鱼缸
要一个月以上。你要有 ammonia, nitrate, nitrite kit. 至少要有 ammonia.
你要测出来 ammonia 的水平有涨上去然后消下去的过程。
然后按照 1 gallon 1 inch fish 来买，不要太多鱼。 54 L = 15 Gal?
可以 10 条 1.5 inch 或者 2 条 7 inch. 新的鱼不要一次全部加进去。
初期要严密监视 ammonia & nitrate. 合适的植物非常有好处。
我家的鱼缸已经生态平衡了，很长时间没有换水了（3 个月以上），

结果事先没做什么功课就去了专卖宠物鱼的商店，跟售货员了解后才发现这里面原来有

因为没什么经验，就先买了一套54L的nano-Aquarium-komplet,里面含加热，过滤器和
照明。
在鱼缸底铺了一层营养泥（为了植物），三层大小不同的石子，然后是各种植物，一块
装饰性木头和一块“魔法石“，还有各种药水，药片等等，总之一条鱼没见着，已经花
出去了180多欧了~~而且要等10天后才能买鱼放进去，现在是等得心儿都碎了~~
做了这么多准备就是希望给鱼儿们提供一个舒适的环境哈，所以还想问问等鱼儿进来了
以后还有啥需要特别注意的？
