冠，每次2颗牙冠。
现在我担心麻醉次数太多，而且据说采用oral sedation的话，麻醉剂在体内48-72小时
才会分解完，持续时间比nitrous oxide sedation要长，所以是否应该让诊所换成
nitrous oxide sedation？哪种sedation对儿童脑部发育影响小一点？
另外，不懂为何每次只能补2个牙冠？可否要求牙医趁孩子迷迷糊糊之际，一次补完吗？

发帖数: 10 | 16 First trimester是胚胎发育器官成型期，胎儿对外来因素敏感，产生畸形的危险相对
较大。一般讲在First trimester内尽可能不要做手术，如必须做时应该让医生知道。
简单讲手术对胎儿的影响主要是三个方面：1.导致手术的病因对胎儿可能的影响；2.手
术本身对胎儿的影响；3.麻醉对胎儿的影响。根据你提供的情况，可能对胎儿有影响的
应该主要是最后一点。麻醉的影响主要是有的麻醉药物可以导致胎儿畸形，常用的主要
是两个药物：Versed(Midazolam)和Nitrous oxide(gas)。
FDA根据药物对胎儿畸形的危险性大小制定了一个Pregnancy category,共有5级: A,B,C
,D and X（越靠后危险越大）。Versed是category D, Nitrous oxide是category C，
都是不适于孕妇使用的药物。
因为你手术时医生并不知道你怀孕了，建议你找医生要你手术/麻醉的记录，看看你都
接受了哪些药物，然后查一下这些药物的FDA分级。即使在手术中你确实接受了致畸危
险较大的药物（比如Versed....），也并不是说胎儿就一定会有畸 |

（nitrous oxide，俗称『笑气』」，并分两次送到其租住的伊利诺州香槟伊利诺大学
（UIUC）附近的萨维（Savoy）市豪华学生公寓。
公寓门房收到第一批670磅的一氧化氮，外加五个压力锅以及锂电池后，觉得可疑向警
方举报，由于持有一氧化氮并不违法，因此警察稍加询问后即离去，并没有对林政达采
取采取任何行动。
事隔几天，公寓又收到第二批400磅一氧化氮，警方据报再度到公寓询问林政达，他向
警方提到，他会与朋友一起吸入笑气以获得快感，本来持有笑气并没被控罪的林政达，
随即被警方以「企图散布（the intent to distribute）一氧化氮」重罪提控。
由于林政达租住公寓为学生公寓，经本报向香槟伊利诺大学中国学生学者联谊会查询是
否为伊大学生后，中国学生会表示查不到他在该校的学生纪录，当地警方也未证实林男

看的oral surgeon似乎还不错，十几年经验的professor and attending oral surgeon。
收费也很高，共$2000。我的烂学生保险可能不会保多少。
医生说得很轻松，笑气局麻(Nitrous Oxide Analgesia)一小时四颗全取掉。
之所以想拔一是阻生齿，二是因为较严重的牙周炎，智齿都有7-8mm的牙周袋，但是不
痛不蛀。
一年后有回国计划。考虑去上海市牙防所拔。
想问这里的专家，我是该立刻在美国拔了，还是等回国再拔？

我儿子（4岁）的牙齿情况是左右各三颗posterior有cavity，其中四颗牙有二处
surface cavity，全部用resin材质。两个牙医用的材质都是一样的。
老牙医（大概有六十多岁，自己一个人经营专门给小孩看牙的牙诊所）建议一次性补完
六颗，他的单上注明将会用到：Non-intravenous sedation($219)，另外还有
Analgesia(我没搞懂，可能是这个也要用）。他说总共将会用到二到三小时（根据第二
医生的说明，我猜想真正补牙的时间大概不到一个半小时）。我们没有保险，最后总价
是$1444
另一位年轻的牙医（朋友介绍），大概有两三年的行医经验，现在自己一个人经营一家
给大人和小孩的牙医诊所，他给出的方案是分两次治疗，每次修补大概45分钟。用到
Nitrous Oxide Sedation，无保险，总价是$758
现在我和老公对治疗方案也有分歧，我老公补过cavity，用的是resin材质，上的是笑

连体款式，Marmot 8000m Suit，MHW的Absolute Zero等，通常都为800蓬松度超厚款，
