发帖数: 18 | 8 今天先cheat一下，把坏蛋们曝光一个算（2）吧：这两个在费城郊区，主要是main
line一带倒腾老房子的厚颜无耻的flippers，一个叫Mike Leibowitz，Villanova Ｕ
niversity law school毕业的，是个builder；一个叫Ben Hardy，本来是个realtor，
两个人狼狈为奸。他们偷工减料，房子隐患无穷，赌的就是买主住入后才会发现问题，
但那时侯多半也没时间没精力跟他们打官司；即使打官司反正他们每个房子弄一个LLC
，自己躲在LLC后头，就算官司输了也可以赖着不还钱。
请大家多多回帖吧，我到现在钱也还没收回来，写了帖子要是也没人理，版主也不mark
，该多打击人呀，回头就没动力往下写（3）了。尤其欢迎跟贴控诉类似的恶劣卖主或

可以一家人坐飞机到Orlando再坐cruise，然后顺便把Disney，
Seaworld，和Ｕniversal studio一起玩了呢！

1，2，3，4上周终于把圣诞树布置好了！ 其实两周前就摆了起来，可嘟嘟一定要等到舅
舅来再挂最上面的星星！ 去年我是在格格出生前几个小时布置好的圣诞树，
今年格格已经可以在书旁兴奋的走来走去打酱油+捣乱！我相信不久的将来
布置圣诞树的任务就可以交给姐妹俩了

5，6上 嘟嘟的帮助下把大部分家人朋友的圣诞礼物都包好了！ 今晚等宝宝们睡
了还有一部分礼物要偷偷包起来！ 一会儿的拆礼物哦！
7，8今年实在忙的我没有更多精力的布置得更漂亮，所以弄得非常简单，明年一

要是看I-20什么的，然后就说通过了。看来广州的确比较松。
个人背景：F1学生，独生子女，10月初在东部一所学校完成答辩后，到西部一所学校OP
T做博后。邀请父母过来呆一个月，旅游 + 参加毕业典礼 （给签证官的信上是这么说的
），签证前机票已订。
父母背景：家在湖北小城市，这次跨区到广州签因为广州有亲戚，加上广州预约排队时
间短。父母都已退休，以前从来没来过美国。
个人准备的材料：
给签证官的信（中英文各一份，附有自己签名），phd学校发的邀请父母参加毕业典礼的
邀请信，I-20， EAD卡，护照，最近一次赴美签证，博后老板的offer letter，博后学
校的ID，phd学校的ID，最近三个月的checking account, saving account记录和工资单
，航空公司的机票行程。这些材料大多是扫描发给父母的。
父母准备的材料：
户口本，我的出生证明，父母的结婚证，退休证明，退休工资存折，房产证，父母与我

sub-lease一个房间出去，包暖气和水，自己付电费。
勤快一点儿的自己煮饭，去woodman买菜，一个礼拜50刀就够了，生活水平挺低的，质
量还不错的啦。
