是说他不是用一修来保护自己不被开除，而是把自己定位成 whistle blower, 然后告
开除行为是打击报复。
这样 Google 必须先 claear 他 blow up的内容，也就是反向歧视的问题，才能 claim
开除不是打击报复。

12小时，没有准确的工资报表，组织工会的计划并遭到社方非法干预。2001年，员工们
投票决议加入美国电信工会（Communications Workers of America，CWA），但国家劳
工关系委员会（NLRB，National Labor Relations Board）在发现选举有舞弊后废止了
