标 题: 昨晚405上面吃了个罚单，illegal change lane

405 north，在17口最右是个exit only的，快到出口了想起要去湖边，换左lane，警察
在出口的三角区警车里面，换lane前有前面车挡着没看见警车，换了一半看见也迟了。
关键是我换道的时候是在虚白线的地方，我觉得是可以换的。警察说是过了那个exit o
nly的标志就不能换了。准备上庭去争论一下。有人有类似的罚单赢了吗？有经验分享？

差。过去五到十年，NLY and ANH价格涨落还是很大的，总体表现比大盘好，但那时因
为这段时间正好是房市泡沫。未来恐怕不看好。我倒是觉得今后投资医院的REIT会热门
，因为baby boomer都退休了。 |

NLY是mREIT，完全是一种不一样的投资，跟利率关系很大，现在这种低利率情况下会很
牛，一旦利率上升，会sharp fall, you take your risk. |

interesting.
However, AGNC and NLY are mortgage-backed, while GOV is backed by property
ownership and rent. If we believe the mortgage crisis is over and there will
not be another wave of defaults on mortgage, then maybe it is good to
invest in mortgage now. But after the recent crisis, I am just too timid to
get into the mortgage business so soon and prefer a rent-based REIT. Of

NLY和AGNC在2014年底之前都是比较安全的选择，如果利率不升的话。
这两个的盘子都比较大，价格波动随股市影响比较小，尤其agnc，还出于
稳定的上升期。
再回到gov，难道你不怕民主党政府破产了么？

companies. I have to focus on a few companies having simple business model,
so you are able to analyze their risks.
AGNC is a pure player in agency RMBS.
It looks like that TWO has much better performance than NLY, which is better
than AGNC in recent year. I am not familiar with nonagency RMBS. It is more
ARM (vs fixed) like loan or has more protection on interest rate hike? So
you can save us some time to educate me.

看了些股票，觉得有些股票的分红很高，居然>10%,
比如NLY, AGNC, FSC, ARCC, PSEC, IVR
而且这些都是market cap >1B 的，属于close end funds或Mortgage REITs.
比较一下那些分红很高的蓝筹股，很少有分红>5%的。
有没业内人士分析一下，这些有什么问题？ （比如风险很大，或者是庞氏骗局什么的）
还是这些年牛市、房市不错所以表现也不错。如果情况一有变化
他们就卷铺盖走人了了。
