As like other CA agent here, unless you have FICO score, legally we have to
run your credit score. This is hard pull which might lower your FICO score
by about 10-20 points. However, if you have multiple hard pull on your FICO
for the same reason (i.e. purchasing house) during the specific period of
time (i.e. 2 month), all of those could be regarded as one (1) hard pull.
I, as a licensed mortgage broker, will cover the credit pull cost for you.

/2013, he left the employer on 2/20/2013, the loan was originated on 5/15/
2013 and was originated by Loan Officer B.
Which NMLS# should the loan carry, A or B?

信息都在申请文件里。

找到chase做preapproval letter,结果今天收到email,附件里第一个是我们的信息,
后几个都是别人的信息,last name和公寓楼地址都是一个,铁定是发错人了。信里面
包括那个人的SSN,地址,生日信息,这种情况找谁投诉?太不象话了,拿着我们的隐
私信息这样草率的发email。
这个人自己说是Mortgage Banker,有NMLS ID,是和chase投诉,还是和什么委员会说
