早上去barnes and noble看书。临走的时候看到很多儿童书籍75％ OFF。
一些是Xmas的，还有很多别的儿童书籍和一些拼图玩具，都是75％ OFF。
给嘟嘟挑了的时候很爽，挑好了才发现都是hard cover的很重。还好有个
好心人帮我一起拿到了register的地方。
买了一共16本书， 一共下来才32刀！！！回家大概翻了翻，很喜欢带琴
的Xmas song book，还有几本可以读一页拆下来一个拼图，然后拼成一
个打拼图并有附带的小玩具在上面走。超级可爱!!!
大家有空可以去看看，很不错的deal！ |

Steitz虽然在化学系也有位置，但是主要还是在生物系，
现在yale化学系的两个noble winner都是主要在生物系工作的

不过，感觉这次他能拿奖还是一个冷门
Steitz还是很好的一个老头，连鬓的络腮白胡子还是很有特色的
听说他的老婆更牛
许多奖都是老婆先拿到，然后Tom才接着拿到
听说他们夫妻俩总是一起开车到老婆处（yale医学院）然后他步行大约半个小时到生物
系，也许是锻炼身体吧 |

觉日本人不太注重名利,对研究有耐心肯投入.比如2002年的化学奖得主就是.
